“Damn Jimmy! We had no idea the store was closing, just trying to snag some food after a long day! Next time, full permission to not accept / cancel the order on JJ’s end and DoorDash would have notified us. Seems more like a restaurant to DoorDash issue that needs to be addressed or stop accepting door dash the last hour? Maybe try that route rather than ransom letter on a receipt. Thank you for still making the food we do appreciate it a lot and we are sorry for making your evening not fun / chaotic, Jimmy! It was completely unintentional, our bad!“

“With the nasty weather in the order to go with my walker, I would have a difficult time walking to the car that was three stores away from where I was here at Jimmy John’s so I met the employee Olivia Olivia not only took my order and prepared it, but she took the time as she’ll see in the photograph to make sure that everything that I had ordered was secure in this bag so that when I walked back to the car, it held in place nothing spilled and I would get home with a wonderful delicious meal. Olivia outdid herself and I’m just proud how she represents this company in such a great way along with the other employees here at this location the other Jimmy John’s are just nice, but this is the first time I’ve ever had Olivia or someone employed like her to go well beyond the means and even holding the door open for me in the cold so I could leave safely. I recommend this place to anybody. It’s the craziest parking lot. It’s a dangerous parking lot so be careful but the Jimmy John’s these people are great employees. I will add the photo shortly.“
