Google maps directed me to the wrong entrance. Fast, courteous service. Sandwich was a little sparse on meat & toppings. Parking was minimal and the lot was very difficult to enter & exit.
Even though they was extremely busy with 20+ cars in line, the staff still provided great customer service! They stayed professional, friendly, and made sure my order was taken care of. I really appreciate the hard work and patience they showed during such a busy time. Great job to the team!
The bread was way too hard and cooked too long so it was burnt. Disappointing dinner.🙁

The restaurant has a considerate policy towards customers, as demonstrated by the staff member who gave away fresh loaves of bread to a customer who was disappointed by the lack of day-old loaves. As an added bonus, delivery is prompt and courteous, with friendly delivery personnel like Natalie. Overall, Jimmy John's is a great choice for a quick and delicious meal.
