Chipotle Mexican Grill on Grand River continues to be a favorite spot for many, known for its friendly workers. Although the restaurant is often understaffed, the service remains excellent. Recently, a new manager was noted for effectively managing the staff and keeping the place clean. While the dining room can sometimes be a bit messy due to the lack of staff, customers appreciate the positive attitude and helpfulness of the employees. Many have reported amazing service and generous portions, making it a go-to place for delicious burritos. However, some customers have had issues with their orders, such as missing fajitas in their bowls, indicating that there is still room for improvement.
