Seriously, how does this place keep their doors open? I've been to Chipotles all over the country, and this one - unfortunately my local - is an absolute embarrassment. What can I say that hasn't already been covered at length here? Dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked and even more poorly staffed. Went for dine in tonight at 4pm, only to be told upfront that they were out of shredded cheese. And apparently peppers and onions, and corn, and watermelon limeade, and and and... The barely awake teen taking care of us couldn't be bothered to even ask questions as to what we wanted next. Order in hand, we went to fill our drinks - again, no limeade - and the ice maker was dripping a steady stream of water like a slow tap. Guess what? No forks either! Having nearly enough, I asked about a fork at the counter - and they presented me the container they keep BEHIND THE COUNTER! At this point, I was fed up and could hardly stomach my burrito, which was made about half the size most other Chipotle's make theirs. Sitting at a disgustingly dirty table - take your pick, they're all filthy - just strengthened my resolve to never return to this store again. Chipotle corporate management, if you're at all listening to the dozens of comments here, CLOSE THIS STORE, as there is nothing even new management could do to salvage this dumpster fire.

Unorthodox Fitness

I've always been a huge fan of Chipotle, but this location is absolutely unbearable. We have started going to Qdoba as a family due to the service and constant lack of ingredients available. Seems like they are always sold out of multiple different things that our family orders.Not to mention, the time we tried the online ordering and the order was completely butchered and they can't resolve it at the store level so we had to deal with emailing back and forth with corporate...Until things change, we will be Qdoba frequents.

came in today to eat and left before i even ordered. i witnessed an adult employee, i think her name was kelsey, talking at a teenage employee for having a necklace (a cross, specifically) on while it was clear other employees were also wearing necklaces. not sure why this girl was singled out (seems a bit like religious discrimination to me) but she looked like she was on the verge of tears by having an adult talk so rudely to her in front of customers. i have no interest in supporting adults who try to intimidate and bully teenagers by being rude to them! bye!!!

LITERALLY MY FAVORITE PLACE EVER. Our server corey was so sweet and attentive. The only male server in there lol. He was so sweet and so helpful with everything and got us everything we needed and even put on the michigan state basketball game for us!!! Will be coming back and asking for him!!!!!

I’m not one to make negative reviews, but my experience at this specific location was awful. I was told there wasn’t any Queso, and to order my meal online instead. So I did, found out queso was available but for some odd reason myself and my 3 sisters were told there wasn’t any. After getting our food, the pop station was very unorganized & nothing was restocked. Every single table was filthy we had to wipe and clean our table. There was napkins, rice & filth all over the floor. I love chipotle and I have never been to a location that was so awful. I spoke to the manager about everything, I believe his name was Mark. After everything was said all he says to me is “im so sorry”. This is very disappointing and I really wanted to have a better experience I love chipotle but by far the Brighton location is the worst. And I was suggest else wise especially if you plan on dining in.

One of the worst and unclean Chipotle I've ever visited. The food was decent like other places but the store is not well maintained.First of all the meal preparation place is so dirty that everyone's bowl was smeared with guacamole/other food stuffs to their bottom of their bowl. All the tables were already used and dirty. The branch manager should have maintained the cleanliness of the place.

This location is often not available for online ordering. When they are available, the food is very often not ready for 10+ minutes after the pick up time.There are times where I've placed an order only to find that it's missing items. When I talk to an employee, they'll explain that they're out of the item, which is understandable, but they didn't refund the price of the item and refused to do so upon request. Instead, I have to talk to corporate to get the refund issued.

This location on Grand River only had three workers and the guy named Tory was newer. He was so sweet and just had a wonderful attitude despite it being busy. I just wanted to give him recognition for being a great employee.

This is my local Chipotle I go almost every day for lunch. The manager Chris is EXCEPTIONAL. I am a business owner and the owner of this location needs to know how professional and skilled Chris is. He handles every issue promptly and manages his team very well. I have years of management experience and he is someone I'd gladly hire to work for me. There were several times where young employees would get confused or frustrated and he remained calm and guided them properly. They noticeably felt better after Chris helped them. I've also seen Chris handle huge orders while a long line is waiting. He's fast, accurate and professional with customers. Great job Chris you deserve a bonus brother! I'll be a lifetime customer!
