Love there sandwichs such a selection!! overall I'm coming back! Someone got my order wrong but it's fine, people make mistakes and she was new.

Wishing they would pay more attention to the order than conversing and laughing over my open food with wide open mouths. Then to boot they put onion on my sub, when I specifically asked them not to. Ate half and couldn't stomach the rest. Too busy to come up and have them remake it, so I'll just work the rest of the day hungry. Just enough time to leave this review.

Ordered box of sandwiches today. Tried to use a gift card toward purchase. A young male manager (short with ponytail) said he ran the gift card twice via computer and it was declined. I inquired if there was a number to call to verify balance on card. Manager said he had no idea. Manager was curt and rude. I had to return to the store within 20 minutes because he also messed up the order. Then I went back couple hours later with proof from Jimmy John's website that the gift card had $25 balance. I asked him why he didn't check the Jimmy John's web site. Manager had dull stare on his face and did not apologize after confirming that the gift card was valid. I told him he had a poor attitude. This employee is not capable of being courteous nor saying sorry for rude behavior. Take your business elsewhere.

What a waste of money. I hate finding hair in my food. Everyone should be required to wear hairnets. Don't think, I'll be back.

We had a graduation and order a week before. The staff was so friendly, I had no idea what I wanted to order, and they were patient and let me work through what I needed to order. When we picked up everything was correct, and we had no issues.Parking: Parking is in the back and was wide open, didnt have an issue with room.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot is a little bumpy but getttng in the store was good.Dietary restrictions: We had one person allergic to eggs they made sure everything was handle well.

When Covid restrictions first ended, I was hurting BADLY for money. I went in to buy 2 day old loaves of bread, but they didn't have any. I went to leave (I didn't complain, I just said "OK, have a good night guys." I've worked in food before and I know things run out. Wasn't their fault.) and the guy at the counter said "Hey man!" and when I turned around he gave me 2 fresh loaves, still warm, and said "It's on the house. Sorry we ran out." I've always liked Jimmy Johns, but now when I'm near there and I want to order food, even if I don't want a sub they are my first choice. I regret not asking the guy for his name, because if he's NOT a manager there, he should be. He created a life long customer. I used to manage a pizza shop, I know what it costs to make bread, and he basically turned maybe 50 cents of ingredients into a loyal customer. 5 stars all day long.

I love Jimmy John’s. I get the same thing every time. But I would say that taking one hour for delivery to somewhere that is five minutes away is not very freaky fast

Bro you guys are the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever experienced in my life there's even construction work happening up front so they don't have them any customers there's literally six people in the kitchen working and they take more than 7 minutes for one sandwich I have never seen so many cars out of line at Jimmy John's freaky fast more like freaky ridiculous

Staff was polite and professional. We had the pleasure of meeting Natalie upon delivery. She was here within minutes and such a friendly person! The food was prepared as ordered and delicious :)

Horrible experience here today, do not waste your time and money here. Got a notification for a free birthday sandwich in my rewards, went to go use it. I sat in line for a half hour, no idea why the line was so backed up, no apology for the excessive wait time at the window either. A teenage girl I've never seen there before with absolutely no customer service skills tells me the rewards system is down, which I have never heard of before since their card reader was sure as hell working just fine, and she wasn't willing to even try it. I've had multiple staff members here unwilling to put in the effort to type in your phone number and instead provides a lame excuse or simply doesn't ask for rewards, which is very very sad. She offered me absolutely nothing for my time, no compensation for the would-be free birthday sandwich, which easily still could've been given to me for free, and she did nothing to help at all. Very very disappointed in the cheapness and absolutely pathetic customer service here, they have lost me as a many-years-loyal customer after multiple pitiful experiences. Do not go here, it is not worth it.
