“I am normally someone who is on the fence about trying new sandwich shops cause I am a subway girl to the core but I tried Jimmy John's and let me just say, buh bye subway. I was in the 12 mile/warren area sometime ago(less than a year) and I decided to stop into Jimmy John's for Lunch and it was a great experience. When I first entered the Jimmy John's establishment, I did not expect it to be as large as it was. I mean the restaurant itself is not like super big but its definitely larger than your average "subway" or even "Tubby's". When it comes to the pricing on the menu, its a bit higher in some instances than "Subway"; however its worth it. I ordered something called a big porker or a number #16 and it was literally the freshest tasting sub that I have ever tasted in my life, it was so delicious and I wanted to order several of them. I think that a great deal of the freshness of the big porker is probably the hellman's mayo. When it came to the service at this particular Jimmy John's establishment, it was just pristine. Everyone was pleasant and nice and friendly and at times it felt like a scene out of "cheers" cause when I originally walked into the restaurant, they all greeted me at the same time. I loved how everyone there just was silly behind the counter and was having fun and really looked like they enjoyed their job. The only downside of my trip at this particular Jimmy John's is that someone forgot to offer me a drink and when they realized their mistake, they gave me a free drink and a cookie. If you are someone who hangs out a lot in the 12 mile/warren area and you are looking for a good bite to eat and some very high class quality customer service, please check out this particular Jimmy John's.“
“Mike, usually works the mornings but was working this evening by HIMSELF, I was super satisfied with his attitude and performance being just one single individual answering calls and making sandwiches, people like himself deserve more appreciation thank you Mike I give you a 10/10“
“Jimmy John sells amazing food and has amazing customer service. They are right by my school and before Athletics I would always go there and get a delicious sandwich and some bread and that would fuel me up for my meet that day. Jimmy John's is amazing and the people that work there are even better 10/10 would go there every day if I had the money.“
