The team here is always upbeat and the restaurant and bathroom is always clean and well stocked. The sub items (bread, meats, veggies, condiments) are always fresh and delicious and the pickles are always crunchy, crisp and cold! This is one of my FAV locations and I visit at least twice a month!
Called for a delivery today and the whole staff was rude and would not take my delivery that was 1.1 miles away from their store and would not help me locate a jimmy johns that would two different employees hung up on me. They wete just really rude never had service like that before
They need to tell customers we will deliver to u but can not promise freaky fast if farther..give them a time quote like pizza do..they are a pricey sandwich now they need customers..they don't fairly pay or promote their employees properly..I know I haven't spent my money there in a while..
