“Despite being incredibly busy with only three ladies working, each one made an effort to make eye contact and apologize for the wait. Honestly, it didn’t take any extra time at all. They were friendly, kind, apologetic, and professional, truly going above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. They were especially kind to my little ones, even asking if their drink orders needed to be modified, which I appreciated since there isn’t a way to do that when ordering. Special shoutout to Kourtney—she is incredibly patient and kind.“
