“I want to recognize Chase and Susan for their exceptional customer service. During a recent visit, I had an issue with an order from a previous visit, which was not their fault at all. I was hesitant to bring it up because I didn't want to be difficult, but they immediately made me feel comfortable, listened to me, and went above and beyond to make things right.
What impressed me most was how respectfully and genuinely they treated me. They never made me feel like an inconvenience and even made sure I was properly compensated. This is exactly how a great establishment should be run. Chase and Susan are a true credit to Taco Bell, and this is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever visited!
Their willingness to take ownership of a situation they did not cause says a lot about their character and professionalism. It is clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in creating a positive experience. Managers like Chase and Susan are what make customers want to come back. They absolutely deserve recognition for the way they represent Taco Bell and their commitment to excellent service.“
“The food here is the best of ANY Taco Bell I’ve ever had!! We came here once and it was amazing and decided to come back to see if it was as good as the first time or if it was just a one time thing and we were just as satisfied as the first time! The food was exceptional! The food was so fresh and PIPING HOT!! I’m talking cheese pulls and steam coming off every item!! This will now be our Taco Bell go to every time!!!
