“Today I came through the drive through to order my favorite drink, my brown sugar shaken espresso! When I got to the speaker Hannah treated me warmly and she was so sweet! I even was able to see her on the screen, I didn’t know they did that at Starbucks now!! My order was out quick and when I got to the window she was so kind and we had really nice small talk! I miss when everyone used to be super friendly with each other, her attitude really made my week! Great job Starbucks!“

“What can I say I absolutely luv luv luv my Starbucks Chai Latte (hot or cold) w/soy milk 2 squirts of caramel n 1 peppermint. N I’m addicted to the Lemon loaf, pumpkin bread, n banana nut bread when I go I buy 1 of each. When I’m bad I get 2 each n hide them for later. I was also very impressed with their level of customer service. The Mgr/owner is so cool he bought all my stuff 1 day out of the kindness of his heart. That really touched me, it was so cool n I felt truly valued as a customer. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is due to the lengthy lines inside n out.“

“I haven't had any Starbucks since 2019. I visited this location a few weeks ago to grab an old favorite and I've been there almost every other day. The employees are always in good spirits full of smiles and know how to greet you. Some mornings are tougher than others. To have someone brighten your day with a great attitude and your favorite drink is a winning combination. Great job.“

“They are a family up there you they hold you accountable and want you to be good they actually ask about and if you actually care enough to get to know them they will feel like you’ve known them forever

If you want something don’t be scared to communicate people still do that you know

They are clean, respectful, and kind
