Starbucks in Rochester Hills

“I was in there on Sunday and had a moment of brain fog and placed our order at the wrong one but Liv who noticed me looking at my phone at the counter asked if I needed help and I told her what happened she was very nice and understanding helped us out. She came to my busy Sunday morning rescue totally understanding.“

“Got here about half an hour before closing time and ordered a latte in a for here mug (everyoneknowsittastes better in a real mug!), and it was no problem!

The barista was cheerful and accommodating, a real pleasure to meet.

And, of course, my oat milk latte (with no foam) was excellent!

“I like the Starbucks but the parking can be a little tight because the drive-thru line gets long when you back up.

The seatings good. It's more Nero with limited plugs but I needed to get coffee and do some internet stuff since the power was out.

If you go inside and order it's a little bit easier than the drive-thru and you can enter off tinken or Rochester road. The staff here is nice and efficient. Never have any problems.“

“I’ve come to this target starbucks for years now and i always have a very pleasant experience. Sure, sometimes they might be slammed with drink orders when the store is busy but they always make the drinks taste amazing. Baristas Heli, Rachira and Aleena are always very helpful and attentive and I love how they know me by name and my order now. 💗“
