Starbucks Coffee Company is a clean and popular location with sufficient seating. The staff are very friendly, darn nice, and the kindest, providing great service whether in-store or drive-thru. Workers are often busy, especially during holidays, but they work fast and do their best, with some seasoned and others training. The environment is calm and quiet, good for studying. However, this is by far the slowest location, with the drive-thru often taking several minutes for just a couple cars, suggesting a need for operational evaluation. Drinks are good, sometimes served in a real glass, and food can be presented nicely. But there have been issues with food quality, such as a cold spinach/feta wrap or a sandwich with barely any cheese and one thin slice of tomato. Despite mixed reviews, many find it a great location and are content with their visits.
