“I was at the store just yesterday and was having trouble with my mobile order, Allyson the barista was so helpful and so kind and patient. I normally don’t write reviews but she was such a helpful young woman and I hope to see more people like her in customer service. Thank you Allyson!“

“This Starbucks is amazing, but I would love to shout-out a certain employee I encountered. Gunjin (I believe that’s how you spell his name) is an amazing worker! He treated me and my friends with amazing kindness and was efficient in service. He truly deserves the best, me and the group I went with all agree he’s an amazing person and we hope he receives all the good karma in the world!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in the area. I always go inside to order my drink and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend the specialty matcha’s. I love getting an iced or matcha frappacino. Both the banana bread and double berry matcha are incredible. The staff in this location always go above and beyond to make my drinks perfect. This location is also very clean inside and has great parking.“

“Went through Drive-Thru. I can't remember the employee who took my order, but they were very helpful. I always get a double chocolate chip frappucino with almond milk/no whip cream. They didn't have the chips that day, but the person helping me offered to instead make the frappucino without the chips. I got that, and I liked it better than I do with the chips. The person working the window was very friendly as well! From pulling into the line and leaving with my order took less than 5 minutes.

Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy restriction, and they swapped it out for almond milk, but there are other options too!“

“Michelle went above and beyond during my visit on 4/10. She was patient—even though she was working alone, helpful with recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s small interactions like this that make a big difference—thank you!“

“Emma was so kind and helpful with our order, and Riley was a talented barista ! This place makes doctor's visits more palatable for the kids. One of my daughters insists on having Happy Juice written on her cup, and they always oblige!“

“Came in today, very busy. Great service, kind guests but I need to comment on the choice of decor. Im all about inclusion, and the LGBTQ+ flag being hung u, its fabulous. However, there should also be an American flag proudly hung up as well. Freedom isn't free, and especially this weekend honoring the fallen, they should be a bit ashamed.“

“I always place an order on my way up
The escalator it’s usually ready by the time I get there or ready in a few minutes after I place my order. for the amount of customers, the team seems pretty fast! I came on Dec 20 around 6p there was a terrible customer yelling at the barista because her hot and cold drink came out at different times. The barista apologized to the customer , and explained they had different bars doing different types of drinks. Customer and her husband were rude and even knocked over items on the floor being mean to the team .The Barista did everything right and continued to do great customer service to the others surrounding customers.“
