My cup/order did not have a name on it, so I had to ask whether it was mine, which was met with a quick answer and a cold shoulder from the staff. I also asked for extra sugar without a smile or "welcome" after saying thank you.If not for the manager, I'm sure I would have given them lower review. smh.
Best staff. Best service. Best everything. These people saved me postpartum with their smiles, warming positive attitudes, and loving on me and my baby. I had a reflux baby, went through PPD, and was a stay at home mom that felt so lonely at times. I think they could tell. They made sure my coffee was right during those sleepless nights and days. My baby will be two this week and they all still love on me and her. They write little encouraging notes on my coffee and everything!...read full review
