Starbucks in Novi

“Today I found out that Starbucks changed their Chai Tea recipe, how unfortunate. But Rachel (Mgr) was there to the rescue. Not only did she know how to emulate the original she did it with poise & grace. She used my name, gave me a warm smile, and a fabulous beverage. Thank you again Rachel! Dave“

“The staff here is so welcoming!
# 1 on my list for my favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte. It tastes right and they make it correctly. I have been to many Starbucks. Very few stores make it the same. Thanks ! 😊 14 mile and Decker rd.

“I come to this location close to everyday, and specifically this location! Every employee here is so kind, has amazing customer service and my coffee with my specifications always comes out on point!
Even on the busiest times of the day, their staff seems so happy & calm.

Also shout out to Jason!! he is such a vibe, especially at 7:30 in the morning! instantly made me smile hearing him take my order! Thanks for starting my day with such kindness & great energy!!“

“It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.“

“I am writing to share the wonderful experience my twin sister and I recently had at this Starbucks, located inside the Macy’s at the Novi Road entrance.

It was our birthday, and while we are frequent Starbucks customers, this was our first visit to this specific cafe. I am so happy we used our birthday email at this location! The manager, Lisa, and her entire staff provided some of the best service we have ever received. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our birthday celebration feel truly special. Beyond the hospitality, our mocha coffee and tea latte were both prepared perfectly.

If corporate is reading this, please commend Lisa and her team for their exceptional work and dedication to great service. We look forward to visiting this location again soon.

Thank you Lisa for making us for special!!“

“Starbucks - Novi

Had a nice coffee catch-up with friends here on a Saturday. The drive-through is convenient if you're in a hurry, and overall the vibe was pleasant for hanging out. Only downside during our visit was the floor being wet in spots for some reason — worth keeping an eye out for. Otherwise a solid Starbucks stop.“
