Starbucks in Novi

“I love this place and usually come here to study.
The only thing that I hope here is that they will have more chairs and tables and also cozy winter sofas. That will be so great.

At the same time, I hope that all Starbuck will open for longer hours. Anyway, everething is great“

“Friendly staff who are always working hard and fast but never rush me. Special thanks to Harvey for excellent quality control! Another barista was about to hand me a drink that wasn't made right and would've given me issues, but Harvey happened to walk by and double-checked with the barista to make sure it was made how I ordered it. Sure enough it had to be remade (and Harvey made it correctly with my modification). The parking in back can be confusing, but the customer service here makes it worth it.“

“It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.“

“I was a bit hesitant to come here due to the low scores, but this was actually one of the better Starbucks I've been to. They had 4+ employees and were fast and friendly, so I was in and out in just a few minutes. They also accept Starbucks rewards/gift cards, so it's a great place to spend them while at the mall.“

“I just ordered a sugar cookie latte and three bakery items for my son and I. When I went and picked them up the lady Kel was so accommodating and nice asking if I wanted a bag for my food items. When I said sure- she packed the bag for me and I took my coffee. When I walked outside I realized my coffee was made wrong- no sugar cookie flavor 😞 I felt bad coming back but I had extra shots and protein milk so this latte was over 10.00 and I wanted it to taste good. I told her my issue and apologized and she insisted it was no problem at all and said she wanted me to have the correct drink. She remade it super quickly and made sure it was right! I appreciate her awesome enthusiasm and energy! Her customer service was next level! Thank you Kel for being AWESOME ☺️“
