Starbucks in Novi

“I love this place and usually come here to study.
The only thing that I hope here is that they will have more chairs and tables and also cozy winter sofas. That will be so great.

At the same time, I hope that all Starbuck will open for longer hours. Anyway, everething is great“

“I really enjoyed my visit, the staff here is so kind and attentive, which really stands out compared to the service I've received at the downtown Northville location lately. It’s nice to finally enjoy my coffee in such a friendly environment!“

“Friendly staff who are always working hard and fast but never rush me. Special thanks to Harvey for excellent quality control! Another barista was about to hand me a drink that wasn't made right and would've given me issues, but Harvey happened to walk by and double-checked with the barista to make sure it was made how I ordered it. Sure enough it had to be remade (and Harvey made it correctly with my modification). The parking in back can be confusing, but the customer service here makes it worth it.“

“It was a busy christmas eve at Starbucks today. i purchased an iced mocha Frappuccino. it was a Delicious beverage, though it was a bit sweet for my taste. i write this review to praise the service team. despite the long line, those in the kitchen worked very efficiently and the young woman at the register (her name tag said Katelyn) was very kind with a heartwarming smile. overall, i had a Wonderful experience at starbucks today.“

“I am writing to share the wonderful experience my twin sister and I recently had at this Starbucks, located inside the Macy’s at the Novi Road entrance.

It was our birthday, and while we are frequent Starbucks customers, this was our first visit to this specific cafe. I am so happy we used our birthday email at this location! The manager, Lisa, and her entire staff provided some of the best service we have ever received. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our birthday celebration feel truly special. Beyond the hospitality, our mocha coffee and tea latte were both prepared perfectly.

If corporate is reading this, please commend Lisa and her team for their exceptional work and dedication to great service. We look forward to visiting this location again soon.

“I was a late arrival to Starbucks, wasnt into the coffee at first and git so many gift cards from venders in my job that I just gave away. But I love Starbucks, you can count on them whetever you find them. I am a huge fan of the strawberry acacia refresher. & Thank you for adding the caffeine removal option.“
