Drinks were amazing, food and pastries were fresh, clean and friendly atmosphere. Kyra was very helpful, knowledgeable and so kind.
The only reason i'm not rating this experience a 1 is because the drink was really good. But, the only thing that upset me was that they put waaaay too much ice in my drink. It was literally a tall with THAT much ice in it....
Pretty bummed by my experience here today. Employees double toasted my sandwich, which I did not ask for, and the bottom was burnt to a crisp. Quite literally crumbled in my car so now I have a mess to clean up too. Felt like the workers were not taking their job very seriously either. Also bummed they do not have raspberry syrup anymore.
