“Great experience. They did so well. My coffee was messed up and they remade it and Discounted it without me asking. Made with lots of love and smiles. A genuine experience and one of the best cup of Joe's I have had. She crushed it the day I was there.“

“Frequent customer and service this location is consistently good quality in the drinks/food they make, quality of service they provide, and they all seem to really embrace the team approach. I can’t say they never have a miss-step, we’re all human it happens; but in over 10+ years, I can’t recall a single time they haven’t offered to make it right. This location definitely stands out to other locations in SE Michigan.“

“Starbucks is definitely the first real chain of boutique coffee shops and the prices reflect that. The coffee selection here is pretty good and when I visited my coffee was made perfectly - I'm not too picky and only asked for one thing "different" with my coffee, but still! The best part was the positive staff working here. They were slammed with business as most Starbucks always seem to be, with a drive-thru line that stretched around the building yet they just steadily worked and served and smiled and laughed - it was nice to see! The only reasons I can't give this location 5 stars is due to the cramped quarters inside and the horrible location - it's very difficult to get in and out since the lot only has access from Lotz Road. When the drive-thru starts to stack it makes it very dangerous to drive in...customers coming out of the drive-thru drive way too fast on their way out and I've almost seen a number of people hit in the lot.“

“meant to leave a review a few weeks ago, but they are super nice and friendly!! i couldn’t pick up my mobile order because something came up, and they let me come later and re made it for me which was very much appreciated!! The woman on the phone i believe her name started with a D and the girl at the drive through i believe a K (kayla i think). super super nice location highly recommend!! :)“

“My order is always made quickly and correctly. All of the baristas are very nice. Over the last few months, I’ve had the pleasure of talking to a few of them while they make my order.
Angel made me a coconut cold brew today and it was delicious. My little sister likes the cake pops and refreshers.“
