“Ubered here from the airport because it was the closest Starbucks, and somehow ended up finding a Starbucks that didn’t really feel like a corporate coffee chain.
Full disclosure: I don’t even drink coffee. I came for the Wi-Fi, overnight oats, and enough triple-filtered water to survive a few hours of work while waiting for my Airbnb to be ready.
What made the stop memorable was the staff, especially one woman who I believe was named Marty. She welcomed me more like I had wandered into a neighborhood coffee shop than a Starbucks, took the time to chat, and shared a little about Plymouth since I’m not from the area. It was a genuinely pleasant conversation and the kind of hospitality you remember.
Came for the Wi-Fi and oats. Left with a surprisingly good first impression of Plymouth. 10/10 airport layover headquarters.“
