The Mayflower Starbucks has consistently been a wonderful Starbucks to visit over the many years I've done so. Employees are always nice and happy to help! Drinks are consistently good and done correctly, whether specialty or not. It can get busy, but it is in a prime location!Some of the reviewers here mention a drive-thru and that's making me wonder if some of the bad reviews are supposed to be for a different location. I have been going to this location consistently for months and the employees are always so nice and welcoming, even early in the morning! I’ve noticed them multiple times go out of their way to talk to customers by first name (which i know is written on the cup) and wish them a good morning which is soo sweet to me and the difference between good and great customer service, especially Michelle. I love this location so much. I gotta shout out to the whole crew/shifts. They always make my order perfect. The stores clean and always bustling with people. Its a really nice chill Atmosphere. They even learned my name! I have a lot of anxiety so it means alot when people remember my name and brings that certain comfort.
