“Great atmosphere, can’t say much about customer service since I always take out but that staff seems to be great. The few times I’ve had adani chai here it’s good.. sad to find out that the refreshers aren’t made with green tea like most coffee shops do.. I was hoping to get a small bump of caffeine from a refresher only to learn it’s basically just a sugary drink here. That’s the main reason I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5.“

“I would give 10 stars if I could the guy that served us was so nice. He had the nicest character the nicest personality. He was so welcoming. He was so cool. He did not tell us his name but just for him I would come back to this place every single time I do not know his name, but he worked Saturday October 17 around 10:30 PM. This is the nicest guy that I’ve ever seen. He deserves a raise! it was 1050 and they close at 11 and he did not mind us coming in late and he always had a smile on his face and the way he talked to us so nice and he gave us extra tea to go in big cups. If the manager is seeing this, please figure out who I’m talking about and reward him.“

“Fantastic staff that went above and beyond when Chuck E Cheese didn’t open even though we had a party reservation! Super welcoming, accommodating and great team work by everyone. I cannot recommend Jungle Java enough for your kiddos next birthday party or indoor play when the weather is too much.“

“I attended their Coffee Tasting Class this month, and it was such an enjoyable time. The class this month showed how to roast coffee beans, provided a lot of great knowledge about the process, and then we got to sample 5 different blends of Sweetwaters' coffee. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for warm friendly service and great beverages! I can't wait to attend another class of theirs. I also loved my drink I ordered after the class, their Coconut Mango Wave Energy drink. So refreshing!“

“I love starting my day with a mega tea and shake combo! It gets me through my wrk day, and I enjoy visiting Elizabeth and the staff when I can!😎“

“A great place to read, study, or chill out with friends. Service is excellent as they are all hard working and dedicated to their customers despite being very busy here on a consistent basis (especially with drive-thru orders). This location is heaps better than the other locations within Canton Twp, downtown Plymouth, and Northville Twp.“

“Jack and James are the best baristas. They are always friendly and the drinks always taste great.“

“I would like to give a shout out to Kinjal for his awesome customer service but not only as being an employee of Dunkin but he always asks how my mom is doing with her going thru Cancer treatments and always asks how I am doing. Being in a business and having friendly staff makes it worth going! Store always clean and staff is always kind. Kinjal, you rock !!!“

“Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Some of my family has have dietary restrictions, and they were really helpful with providing us with ingredients lists and checked some of the ingredients for us as well. They were very nice and we really appreciated all their help“

“I just love it here. The staff know me by name😂“

“I just wanted to leave a quick review for the two young men working the counter today. The polite Arab fellow up front has a wonderful attitude and was so welcoming, and the tall, skinny young man behind him was working hard and made my coffee absolutely perfect.“

“Fast drive-thru service and great team members. They know me as a returning customer. Although they get many customers it’s a nice feeling to be remembered. I love their iced lattes. Several great seasonal favorites. Just found out today they have my favorite Irish Creme flavor. They have a tasty French Vanilla flavor also. Recently I purchased Brown Butter Toffee although it’s only seasonal.“

“Flew in from Texas, first things first though is gotta get my fix. 10 outta 10 great store.“
