“I've got the Tim Hortons bug. I can't explain it but my Large coffee with 2 creams and toasted everything bagel with cream cheese is the anytime pick me up. Why does Tim Hortons coffee taste so good? The service at this location is hit and miss though. Sometimes I get happy and other times I get "is that it" pull forward. I've never had my order wrong though so that's a big plus. The parking lot, inside and drive through is clean. The location is convenient for me because it's on my way to work and on my way home from work. Easy in and out of the parking lot as well. I like that the line inside and at the drive through moves quickly as well. They have just enough people working or that extra worker bee to keep the coffee and food choices flowing well to the customers. I was surprised not to see more photos as well when I checked in. I'll fix that on my next visit. Give them a shot and you'll enjoy all the menu has to offer.“

“A very authentic Turkish cafe, the business is very good and you need to make a reservation to dine in. There were so many dessert choices that I was dazzled. On the recommendation of the boss, I ordered a cheesecake and pistachio tart with ice cream. The cheesecake is very rich and smooth, with a dense texture that melts in your mouth. It's a bit like Basque, but has a special aroma. It also comes with chocolate sauce to go with it, but it's delicious without dipping. The pistachio tart and another plate of snacks served by the store were too sweet for us and we were not used to eating them, but they should be very authentic Turkish desserts. I also ordered a pot of Turkish coffee, which is very strong and bitter black coffee. People who don’t usually drink black coffee may not be used to it. The store also sells salty food that looks delicious, but unfortunately we were already too full and couldn’t eat much.“

“Just tried out this place. We were in a large group that ordered several types of chai and different food items, and everything was wow! Hands down, best chai I've had in Michigan. I especially liked the Karak Chai and Amore Chai, but all of the different chai varieties at the table were amazing. My family is South Asian so I grew up as a bit of a chai snob, but this place thoroughly impressed me. Their homemade paratha wraps and sandwiches were super yummy. Seating was ample, both indoors and outdoors, and the whole restaurant had a vibrant and chic vibe. Place was very clean. This is a family owned restaurant and the thing I thought was especially stand-out was that several of the family-members were there even though we went really late on a Sunday. Owners stopped by several times to make sure our group was happy. If your only experience with chai is at Starbucks or Biggby, I really recommend taking in Cups N Chai's extremely welcoming environment with your family or friends while broadening your horizons with one of their wonderful pots of chai.“

“My friend brought me two slices of cheesecake as a birthday gift, and I can confidently say that they were the best pieces of cheesecake I have ever had. I haven’t found a bakery where the crust to cheesecake ratio was just right, and Coffee + Cream nailed it. My absolute favorite part of cheesecake is the edge with the crust, and I have to say that this was the most exquisite crust I have ever tasted. There's a lot of varied seating options and areas to relax, so work, hang out, etc... Cute decor, maybe too many ideas all at once. It could use some edits, as it's a bit over-decorated. The staff I encountered were friendly. The menu had some interesting options to choose from. I decided to go with the tiramisu latte. It was very good, I think I would add an extra shot if I were to get it again. I noticed that they had pastry cases, nit sure if they offered other food.“

“This is my go to coffee shop to get work done especially if libraries aren’t your vibe and fall asleep in them. If you struggle to be productive you should give this place a try. I work on everything from school work to personal budgeting aka things I hate doing. I think the high energy in the cafe gets me going along with the different types of sitting arrangements, some are more relaxed than others, although I prefer the stools so I can work comfortably from my laptop although I wish they had more back support. The food and drinks are also a plus but a bit pricey tbh, the cheapest drink on the menu is like $4 and some change if ur not trying to spend much.“

We ordered almond croissant, pistachio cheesecake and cappuccino. The almond croissant was quite big. It was served warm. It was not crunchy or flaky. It was soft. I prefer it with flake and crunch. The filling was also not evenly spread. It tasted good though. The pistachio cheesecake had the right amount of sweetness. It was so yummy. The cappuccino was like any other cappuccino. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a lot more on the menu to offer. Will be returning to try. There is a parking lot in the back. Do check them out.“

The staff were incredibly friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. I got the Tiramisu ice cream and she got the Bananatella milkshake and the milkshake was our favorite. The establishment didn't open until 5pm and that's when it appeared the staff began to prep everything which slowed down everyone's order. The staff also didn't seem very thrilled to be working especially the young man who was prepping everything. The overall establishment needs to be deep cleaned and paint touched up.
