“I frequently pick up door dash orders from this location I must say the employees are definitely doing the best they can for what they have staff wise. The lady taking orders is swift and straight to the point ? the others preparing the orders are also swift and very kind. Help is definitely needed. Shout out to all that was working overnight on New years day!! They rocked it out!! They have always had good attitudes and are kind to me everytime I've come there not sure why the negativity in the reviews. “A very authentic Turkish cafe, the business is very good and you need to make a reservation to dine in. There were so many dessert choices that I was dazzled. On the recommendation of the boss, I ordered a cheesecake and pistachio tart with ice cream. The cheesecake is very rich and smooth, with a dense texture that melts in your mouth. It's a bit like Basque, but has a special aroma. It also comes with chocolate sauce to go with it, but it's delicious without dipping. The pistachio tart and another plate of snacks served by the store were too sweet for us and we were not used to eating them, but they should be very authentic Turkish desserts. I also ordered a pot of Turkish coffee, which is very strong and bitter black coffee. People who don’t usually drink black coffee may not be used to it. The store also sells salty food that looks delicious, but unfortunately we were already too full and couldn’t eat much.“

“Just tried out this place. We were in a large group that ordered several types of chai and different food items, and everything was wow! Hands down, best chai I've had in Michigan. I especially liked the Karak Chai and Amore Chai, but all of the different chai varieties at the table were amazing. My family is South Asian so I grew up as a bit of a chai snob, but this place thoroughly impressed me. Their homemade paratha wraps and sandwiches were super yummy. Seating was ample, both indoors and outdoors, and the whole restaurant had a vibrant and chic vibe. Place was very clean. This is a family owned restaurant and the thing I thought was especially stand-out was that several of the family-members were there even though we went really late on a Sunday. Owners stopped by several times to make sure our group was happy. If your only experience with chai is at Starbucks or Biggby, I really recommend taking in Cups N Chai's extremely welcoming environment with your family or friends while broadening your horizons with one of their wonderful pots of chai.“

“My friend brought me two slices of cheesecake as a birthday gift, and I can confidently say that they were the best pieces of cheesecake I have ever had. I haven’t found a bakery where the crust to cheesecake ratio was just right, and Coffee + Cream nailed it. My absolute favorite part of cheesecake is the edge with the crust, and I have to say that this was the most exquisite crust I have ever tasted. The staff I encountered were friendly. The menu had some interesting options to choose from. I decided to go with the tiramisu latte. “I was skeptical of trying this location. My original experience was Southfield- delish. 2nd time was Grosse Pointe- meh. The dearborn location got it right. “We had the opportunity to try BonDivan. The cafe is located inside Sheeba. It’s so beautiful. They have a nice seating area. It’s elegant, comfortable and so welcoming. We ordered almond croissant, pistachio cheesecake and cappuccino. The almond croissant was quite big. It was served warm. It was not crunchy or flaky. It was soft. I prefer it with flake and crunch. The filling was also not evenly spread. It tasted good though. The pistachio cheesecake had the right amount of sweetness. It was so yummy. The cappuccino was like any other cappuccino. Overall, it was a great experience. They have a lot more on the menu to offer. Will be returning to try. There is a parking lot in the back. Do check them out.“

“I found this coffee shop on my last trip out to MI. I have been craving it since. It was my first stop when we landed. The baristas were super nice and helpful. We got our coffee quickly and accurately. My Mocha was so good! (You'd be surprised how many coffee shops mess up such a simple drink) I dont know what it is about Biggby coffee, but it is so good! I wish Biggby was as big as starbucks is everywhere. It isn't fair that only MI has them. Keep making amazing coffee! Thank you all for the happiness in my cup in the mornings! “My wife and I were very excited to check out this spot as we've recently seen it all over social media and it was decent. I got the Tiramisu ice cream and she got the Bananatella milkshake and the milkshake was our favorite. The establishment didn't open until 5pm and that's when it appeared the staff began to prep everything which slowed down everyone's order. The staff also didn't seem very thrilled to be working especially the young man who was prepping everything. The overall establishment needs to be deep cleaned and paint touched up. The couch was beyond dirty and the flower display next to it was filthy. Other than that though not a terrible experience.Parking: The lot is very small / tight and shared with other businesses“

The man who owns and runs the place is very kind and values his customers, even remembering their orders and thinking of his regulars in getting ingredients that he loves too.
