“I don’t leave reviews often, but this place absolutely deserves one. Dig’n chicken has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Garden City. Every single time I’ve ordered, the food has been incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with obvious care. The chicken is always juicy, perfectly seasoned, and the portions are generous. The curly fries are addictive, and everything arrives hot and delicious. Customers consistently rave about the freshness, quality, and standout chicken sandwiches and toasties, and I can see why.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. It’s rare to find a restaurant that excels in both food and hospitality, but Dig’n Chicken does exactly that. If you’re looking for a meal that never disappoints, this is the place. “I cannot recommend this place enough, I just popped in because I’m on this side of town I got the Açaí bowl which had the most fresh and amazing tasting fruit I have had in a long while as well as the deep detox smoothie, so so so good!they are a faith based place and deserve all the love and support they can handle I can’t say enough great things about them I will be back! 🙏🫶”

“The cashier was rude and seen me in line and decided to tell the person behind me to come and order when I was in the middle of my order. Then after that when I placed my order, I got the Vara Juice drink and I asked for the larger size she comes out after 8-12 mins of waiting with the drink but in a smaller size. When I tried saying something about it she pretended like she didn’t hear me, then went to get her glasses and said “can you say that again?” In a rude tone then I told her I ordered the large size of this drink she told me that I didn’t and I said yes I did you charged me for a larger size. When she looked at the system she seen that she charged me for a larger size and then she told me “ yeah that’s the bigger size” like why are you lying to my face for, I’ve been to vara juice before and this isn’t the larger size. Anyway her attitude will be saving a customer from pure stupidity and lies. Also the bottom of the drink had freezer burned ice cream. Save your time and go to the better locations of Vara Juice and don’t fall into a trap of stupidity.

UPDATE: We came back for a second try, and this time the store is very clean, and spells like fresh fruits! Cashier was nice and took our order smoothly. Drinks were amazing this time. We got 2x strawberry Banana Smoothies and 1x Vara juice and now it taste great! Great improvement!’”

“Been here countless times and every single time was a 10/10. Can’t wait to go again. Absolutely unbelievable to say the least. Everything is an A+. Best raw meat I’ve ever had in my life. Very fresh, made in front of you exactly to your liking. The sekhen makes you want to cancel everything else and get double the amount. 100/10 best thing they make and the best in the area. Manaeesh are great and they even make a 4ft manoushe called the Titanic with endless options for toppings. They also make a ring shaped manoushe with cheese on top of zaatar, topped with sesame seeds called the Taj that tastes insane. Must try. Try their kishk and you’ll be surprised. Best la7m baajen I have ever had and will ever have. La7m mishwe is a 10. Great family atmosphere, they make you feel like you’re eating at home, they take a lot of pride in making sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend everybody has to try this place before they die. Everything is so good.”

“The husband and I ate here at their food truck, and it was sooo yummy! He had the Beef Shawarma Sandwich, and I had the Smashed Burger. We shared the fries, and everything was perfect. The beef was cooked just right, and I can't remember the last time I didn't have to re-season my hamburger. The sauce they use is absolutely delicious—I was even dipping my fries in the juice! The food was off the charts good! ♥♥♥”

“One of the best lattes I have ever had! I ordered the honey lavender late, and it is amazing. Not very sweet, not too lavender heavy, and the espresso was so smooth, strong without the bitterness. I will be back, and bringing friends!

In addition to the great lattes, the seating is comfortable and clean. The decor is perfect. It is open and spacious with lots of chairs and tables, easy accessibility.”

“Surprisingly, for a late Sunday afternoon dinner, Al-Sultan wasn't terribly busy, and that's too bad, because the meals and service are worth it. We had the half a boneless chicken, chicken livers appetizer, mixed grill, fries, toom (garlic sauce), and side salads, and all were delicious. I'd have given the food a fifth star save for the fact that some of the beef in the mixed grill was tough, but the dish was still flavorful. Our server was a helpful and talkative young man who was working hard the entire time we were there. We were greeted by everyone when we walked in the door, and the place was clean. Al-Sultan is a longtime favorite that I will not hesitate to revisit when I'm in the area.”

They are gracious with filling the sub up with quality meats and toppings and the mayo is so delicious I always order extra. “Just moved to garden city and took the recommendation to give this place a try. I was amazed at the service and the freshness of each meal. The best burger I have ever had hands down. The Cajun waffle fries are not too strong and perfectly crispy. I love that I can see the chefs preparing the food. $10 for an adult meal is a great bargain and cheaper than buying stuff to cook at home. I will definitely be back. By far my favorite food place in garden city so far.”

“I just picked up a carryout. Oh my!! My husband gave his pork chop suey a 10/10. He actually said it was the best pork chop suey he’s ever had from a restaurant. I have to say my shrimp with sizzling rice was an 11/10. Superb. We are both pretty discerning about food. And to have us both pleased, it was great! I can say I’m not that much of a fan of Chinese food, preferring Vietnamese, but this was such a pleasant surprise. I will become a “regular”.”

Samantha was truly kind, courteous, attentive, and treated me (a 1-top) with 5-star service all around. My breakfast plate looked picture-perfect. Food tasted great. “Tried this place after my go to Chinese restaurant closed down and this place absolutely blew my old restaurant out of the water! The chicken was so flavorful and crunchy, not that rubbery chicken you get from other places. The egg drop soup was absolutely perfect as well with crispy chips to go with it. And the amount of food you get for the price is insane! You could feed a whole family with one meal! I will absolutely be ordering from here again soon and recommending it to everyone I know. This is officially my new favorite restaurant! I can’t say anything about the atmosphere or the restaurant itself because I used DoorDash, but I’m sure the dining experience is just as lovely!”
