This place used to suck. This crew that works there now is great. They have been there now for a bit and service has improved. Food has improved. Getting orders right has improved. Great job.
The sandwich was cold, and the cheese not melted for a lunch sandwich. The breakfast sandwichs are MUCH better. It is difficult to understand the new owners/workers when ordering. Review your items before leaving the window.

I don't know what is so complicated about a caramel iced coffee with milk.I got a gift card so I gave this location 3 chances. Each time they gave me a plain, black iced coffee. On the third occasion I caught it before I left the window and the guy acted like my request for caramel/milk did not make sense. He was kind though, and did remake the drink correctly in the end. I'm sure they're overworked, and no doubt underpaid so my issue still lies with corporate.
