There are a few wonderful baristas there and you can get a good drink 70% of the time. However, the other 30% of the time the drink is horribly watered down and/or espresso taste burn or used twice. Please also come up with a better plan for curbside spots. Having someone run outside with 4+ drinks and not having a clue who they belong to is not productive.
I really LOVE coming to this Bigby because Joe always takes care of me, he’s super sweet, has great customer service and really is the all time best employee.If i could give him 10 stars i would.He deserves a raise, promotion, SOMETHING!Thank you joe!!!
