I ordered Alfredo Montamore Parm chicken with extra sauce and red onions. (Door Dash) The chicken was very burnt. The presentation of the email was horrible. I know whomever cooked this chicken Knew it was burnt. They have a poor sense of how to retrieve satisfactory customer appreciation, by given poor customer service.
