This is my favorite Biggby location. I love the baristas and how charming they are. They each bring a unique energy to my days when I stop by. They work efficiently and are such a joy that I consider interacting with them a kind of treat in of itself. The location is convenient for me, being less than five minutes from my home and reasonably close to the freeway for a detour on the way to and from errands. Roman is great with customer service skills! Very welcoming and helpful when it comes to picking your order!
For the food: I wish the store offered real butter instead of a fake spread that leaves the bagels swimming in the oily madness.
The drinks can be hit or miss, depending on who is working, but usually not too bad.
