I felt compelled to write this review because the staff who works here deserves the acknowledgement. Whether the line is crazy long or I’m in and out, the staff is always so polite and patient. I’ve never had one bad experience here and everyone is truly awesome. The drinks and staff get 5/5 ⭐️

For the food: I wish the store offered real butter instead of a fake spread that leaves the bagels swimming in the oily madness.
The drinks can be hit or miss, depending on who is working, but usually not too bad.
For the atmosphere: All of the employees are friendly, tho only a few go above and beyond! The staff isn't always in uniform so...
