I believe the guys name was Arion but he makes my drinks perfectly every time! I love this Dunkin they are always super nice and always fast and everything always tastes fresh and delicious!!

Dunkin' on Michigan Ave in Canton is usually clean and the staff is friendly, which is why customers come here often. The service and people are sweet and good. The coffee and food are always good and consistently good. One customer highly recommends this location because of very early open time and the people are kind, caring and efficient, serving quality food and drinks to help you out in the morning before work. The drive-thru is used. The service is always very quick. Customers used to go to Biggby or Starbucks on the way to work but now go here instead just because of how quick they are. They are never in the drive thru for more than a couple minutes between ordering, paying and receiving coffee/food. Staff are also very polite and work efficiently. The drinks are made perfectly every time. This Dunkin is always super nice and always fast and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The store is always clean and staff is always kind. Friendly staff makes it worth going. However, one experience was disappointing. A customer asked for a cup of water and was told they were "out of water," but then the employee said they still had faucet water for washing hands. When the customer asked if they could have that instead, they were told no. The explanation didn't make sense and the interaction felt dismissive, so the customer ended up canceling the order and leaving. The customer hopes management can clarify their policy and make sure customers are treated better, because this location is usually one of the favorites.
