DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged my card twice then denied me a refund. Staff member told me they can’t refund until payment processed and to call back - called back as soon as payment processed and manager was rude telling me she’s only been at work “20 minutes” and that there’s nothing she can do that it has to be refunded same day… so I said she needs to educate her staff because I was told otherwise and she made excuses saying her staff did nothing wrong. Had to return my bagel it was cold and no butter like I ordered and my hot chocolate was cold.
Love Biggby coffee but at the Michigan ave one there is no consistency at all. The last three lattes I’ve had were so watered down. Hoping they can retrain their baristas on how to make a latte correctly.
