“I was on a long drive and stopped to get a coffee. I didn’t realize what time it was when I pulled up (about 10 mins before they closed). I felt so bad but the person working the drive through was so kind and gave me incredible service. It made my day after a long day at work.“
“This little coffee shop was so cute! I am in town for a few days visiting the University of Michigan, and some one told me this was the best local coffee shop in Ann Arbor. While I haven't tried any other shops, I must say that I highly recommend this one!“
“The staff here went through so much bs during red cup day. J the AsianAm girl went through so much with mobile orders and I felt bad because there was 50 people waiting around. Another 30 in line to order at the front. Hope this store creates a collective bargaining agreement /formaunion especially in a town like Ann Arbor.“
“Came in last week on Tuesday and had the coolest/nicest barista ring me up and make my drink - his name was Nik (black apron). He made my drink perfectly, and we had a 10 minute conversation about astronomy and space (my major is astrophysics). I haven't seen him since last Tuesday, but that dude can make my drink anytime! Kudos to him!“

“This is my Starbucks of choice when commuting into Ann Arbor. I never have to wait long in the drive-thru and the baristas are always very friendly. Today I realized I had stickers on my drink after pulling away it’s a small gesture but it made me smile!“

I LOVE THE STAFF HERE..Quinn I believe is her name Every time she tells me that she can't put milk in my drink because I asked for extra Foam but it's the same drink I get every time & every other barista can get it to fit .And couple New people like talk about you when they think you can't hear them..Other then that They ALWAYS MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME THEY ALWAYS GO ABOVE BEYOND TO HELP THERE CUSTOMERS.. SOME OF THE BEST PEOPLE WORK ARE AT THIS LOCATION.. MUST CHECK THEM OUT ..“
“Whenever I have to stop at target I go to Starbucks. kyra the barista is awesome! I asked her to spell my name terribly wrong. She did not disappoint 😂😂. I usually get an apple cider coffee and its probably the best! It tastes like warm apple pie ðŸ˜. We got a smore type beverage for my daughter without coffee. She loved it. Will deffinitly visit again and get the apple beverage.“
“This is my go-to Starbucks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Will come back again and again I'm sure. The parking lot is a little frustrating because it's a tight squeeze, I highly recommend the drive through!Parking: Tight squeeze!“

“I truly appreciate Rachel being back as manager! The service is 10,000% better as well as the wait time. There was /is a difference in staff professionalism/service since she is back. I stop going to this Starbucks because of service and wait time. The place is better organized and cleaner. Thanks Rachel for coming back and bringing professional back to the Briarwood Starbucks Also, the food is much better and well stocked I wanted to be sure I spelled the nice managers name right! “All I’m gonna say is that you know your Starbucks is good when a blue-haired liberal with pins and stickers on their apron makes your drink, my Starbucks is always good here. Sometimes it’s dirty in the store and really busy, plus the no drive-through sucks, but whatever, it’s bomb.“
