We stopped in here for specialty coffee drinks that were prepared exactly to our liking. But on top of that, I accidentally left my purse in the store, and the store manager tracked me down and shipped my purse back to me! Just amazing customer service. I am so impressed and grateful for Claudia and her team at this Ann Arbor Starbucks! I will be back!!
The guy taking my order kept, I asked for a oat milk shaking expressio with pumpkin cold foam and he said a ice pumpkin shaking expresso was the same thing but it had stuff I could not drink it because I was not allowed to have it because I have allergies and I said can I please have what I ordered and I would not recommend going there.
Great customer service for the drive thru. Yummy cheese Danish!
