We stopped in here for specialty coffee drinks that were prepared exactly to our liking. But on top of that, I accidentally left my purse in the store, and the store manager tracked me down and shipped my purse back to me! Just amazing customer service. I am so impressed and grateful for Claudia and her team at this Ann Arbor Starbucks! I will be back!!
