This location has always been a favorite of mine. Pleasant drive thru cashier, accurate, fresh food, speedy service. However, my order has been missing items twice this past week as well as my coworkers drink was a diet instead of regular and his chicken sandwich being over cooked. These are 3 separate days and orders in 1 weeks time.
The staff was very friendly. We had three combos ordered and the cashier put them all in their own bags, which was nice. She also explained each bag to me as she set them on the counter so I would know who's was who's.Unfortunately, two of the burgers were completely wrong. One should have been a double Pretzel Bacon Pub burger and I was given a double Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger. The other was supposed to be a single Big Bacon Classic and was given a Dave's Single. My 1st visit. Went throigh the drive thru. Food was hot, bags were packed per each persons order, lots of napkins and even a straw. Great workers, it's unusual and makes a change to get great food and service. Give these workers a raise.
