I learned long ago that Panera always forgets ingredients in items like the sandwiches, so I’ve begun to only order things that have no room for error. Thought I was in the clear in ordering a soup with the baguette side. Well, I guess they’re out of baguettes because I got chips as a side. Chips do not soak up the soup as a baguette would. I love the new open layout that all the Panera seem to be going to. I've only been to this location a couple times and service was great. They always seem to happily fix any order issues. Facilities clean and appealing. My diet severely limits my selections, but they probably lose money on my Sip Club participation (I get a lot of to-go drinks). Definitely recommend Sip Club.
