Sandwich was soggy and nasty, and they forgot items and some things like sauce on the side. Wish there were more options for lactose intolerance, but everything has cheese and cream-based sauce. Like just have mayonnaise as an option or something jfc.

I placed an order at the self kiosk that was never received in the kitchen. I waited for awhile and upon asking the manager about my order, was told the charge that I was already seeing on my payment method would drop off and I'd have to reorder. There was no empathy at all to their system issue. I left and doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

I learned long ago that Panera always forgets ingredients in items like the sandwiches, so I’ve begun to only order things that have no room for error. Thought I was in the clear in ordering a soup with the baguette side. Well, I guess they’re out of baguettes because I got chips as a side. Chips do not soak up the soup as a baguette would. You’d think if they were out of it, instead of subbing hard potato chips, someone in the establishment would think: we can sub any other piece or bread or even 1/2 a bagel! Nope… no one thought to do this. So here we are…

Placed a rapid pick up order. Ordered bagels with three different cream cheeses only to see when I got home there was no cream cheese. Drove back to the store only to be addressed with sarcasm from the employee behind the counter and mocking of my complaint. Very disappointed that order was incomplete (which this is def not the first instance) and to be treated like that when I returned to get our missing items. Rude employees. Terrible customer service.

I order the same bowl every time. Mediterranean with extra olives and no tomatoes. This location has gotten the order wrong 3 out of the last 5 times. Today it came with extra cucumbers and no hummus. My sons sandwich has been wrong twice as well. I'm about done with this location and perhaps the whole chain.Vegetarian options: There needs to be more vegan options and please look more closely when an order says NO FETA for my vegan kid. We always have to check before we leave with our to go order now because it's wrong so often

I love the new open layout that all the Panera seem to be going to. I've only been to this location a couple times and service was great. They always seem to happily fix any order issues. Facilities clean and appealing. My diet severely limits my selections, but they probably lose money on my Sip Club participation (I get a lot of to-go drinks). Definitely recommend Sip Club.
