“The food and drinks is one of the reasons we always stop in when up here when going to the Ann Arbor VA. Staff sometimes aren't the friendliest or seems like they don't want to be there but always professional just wouldn't hurt to smile either so if I could I would give 4.7 stars but only allows full stars so had to dock them for that!“

“This place is AMAZING, execpt when there's a biiiig translation barrier to the point where you can't really even order. And they also changed their menu suddenly, so their combos no longer come with drinks or fries..? Or perhaps that was a translation issue that day.. while I know it's on me for being white, it does make it difficult to come back every time when my usual $21 order jumps up to $31..“

“I’m not one to leave a review (this will be my 2nd one) but this burger/wing place is amazing. The all American burger was fantastic and we got cajun fries with it and it was all just so amazing. I’d recommend the mango lemonade if you like a more tart lemonade! Overall come visit this place this kid that owns it works so hard and deserves to have lines down the road.“

“What a gem! Echelon is truly an amazing experience! In fact, our experience was so remarkable, we ate there twice while in town. The restaurant is gorgeous, a real feast for the eyes that gives a significant nod to the building’s rich architectural past while pulling a warm art deco design in a space fitting for an architectural magazine. As amazing as the space was the entire service and food team. Our servers – Jenn on night one and Ella on night two – were so friendly, knowledgeable and everyone went above and beyond to ensure our experience at Echelon was something we would never forget (and we won’t!). We even got visits from the kitchen with Chef Joe VanWagner coming by to greet us, expediter and professional forager Marc Jacob Qualls-Sanchez coming by for a long session on his foraging expertise (amazing!), and even their new tiki bar (coming soon!) manager Max giving us the DL on that space and renovations. We felt like royalty! For a special treat above and beyond the food, service, and overall experience, the Echelon team passed around menus that night to have all the front and back of house staff autograph it for us! I am so excited to add this to the unforgettable memories of our trip to Ann Arbor. It’s absolutely no wonder that Echelon was nominated for a James Beard award. “We went for dinner on a Tuesday night, the place was not very busy. The hostess seated us at a table directly behind the bar where the staff fills drink orders, gets ice from the ice machine, chats with other servers, etc. The music was very loud, but the waiter had no issue turning it down at our request. The food and service was very good, but I will not sit in this area again. Too busy and noisy. Some constructive criticism for the management, use this area as a last resort, your customers will appreciate it and be more likely to return. Otherwise a good evening.“

“I visited the Jackson rd store with my family. We got excellent service and the Staff and Manager were very Professional. The store was very clean and the food was fresh and hot. So I do highly recommend for people to visit this store if you want great food and awesome employees with a Five Star Manager! The food was so good we did a second round the very next day. “The bartender Kenny has served me every time I have come to this location and I absolutely adore them. He is kind, friendly, and can keep a wonderful conversation while running all over the place and making drinks. This is the only restaurant I have seen operate with 1 server and a bartender that also serves tables and they pull it off well. The morning staff are the only reason I continue to return I've only been here 3 times and I'm already known by first name and my order and drinks are memorized. I truly am made to feel important and valued by the amazing team“

“Food and drinks are delishous, but if you want to be waited on dont go here. You have to go to the register to order and cash out. I suggest cashing out with every dri k so when your ready to leave you don't have to wait in line to pay. Otherwise Great place to gather!“

“fun little treat shop with friendly service. ordered 2 Blizzards (oreo mint and peanut butter cookie dough) which were prepped much faster than the Blizzards at the dairy queens back by our home. this location doesn't participate in the dairy Queen upside down no spill guarantee and they don't have online ordering/rewards but those two dings don't affect the food quality at all.“

“I'm from fort Wayne out here on a business trip and this was the freshest most well-made McDonald's order ive ever had. I was shocked at the temperature of everything I got all the sauces I asked for my sandwiches were made exactly how I asked. That's just so rare to come by these days. Manager on the 5:10 p.m. shift September 3rd needs a very high raise.“
