Im not from Michigan. I was here on a visit. It was my first time having shake shack. It was good.
I go to Shake Shack every Friday after my workout class and LANIYA (hopefully I’m spelling this right) always has and continues to give the best service!! It did not take her long to recognize my face, know my name and grab my food for me before I’m at the pick up counter. She even knows I like shack sauce and makes sure it’s in the bag for me. She always has a smile on her face and is so warm and friendly, not to just me.. everyone I see her interact with!!!...read full review
