The food is good quality but the restaurant was super dirty with broken ketchup container and dirty nozzles. The tables were all sticky both inside and outside. Very disappointing bc we usually loved this location in previous summers.
Shake Shack is a great experience and the chicken sandwich is unmatched. The quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the service at this location are always top notch. Sometimes it can take a bit to get your food but it’s always fresh and worth the wait.
