I go to Shake Shack every Friday after my workout class and LANIYA (hopefully I’m spelling this right) always has and continues to give the best service!! It did not take her long to recognize my face, know my name and grab my food for me before I’m at the pick up counter. She even knows I like shack sauce and makes sure it’s in the bag for me. She always has a smile on her face and is so warm and friendly, not to just me.. everyone I see her interact...
I had a great experience at Shake Shack! Hailey was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly and provided excellent customer service. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome. Thank you, Hailey, for the great service! I’ll definitely be back.
accidentally ordered my food to the wrong shake shack online, but Allen from the hospitality team refunded it in full!! genuinely amazing customer service which makes a huge difference if something ever goes wrong.
