This location doesn’t put out the cinnamon, nutmeg, or sugar syrup for the iced coffees. I overhead a manager telling the staff to never put it out by the coffees last year & it’s still the same. Every single location in Ann Arbor & Canton has these items set out. Sandwiches are prepped a lot smaller than they are at other locations. I like that it’s still in the old cozy style. Panerai is a solid location in the neighborhood. They are very consistent, and they have something for everyone.There is good seating if you want to meet someone or open your laptop for a little while and work.

We eat dinner at Panera once/week and always have a Steak and White Cheddar Panini sandwich. On our last visit, we discovered that this sandwich had been replaced by a Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. Our review: 1 of us said it was "OK" and the other one of us will not order it again--bland and totally uninteresting (but this person likes very flavorful food.The service is top-notch.
