We eat dinner at Panera once/week and always have a Steak and White Cheddar Panini sandwich. On our last visit, we discovered that this sandwich had been replaced by a Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. Our review: 1 of us said it was "OK" and the other one of us will not order it again--bland and totally uninteresting (but this person likes very flavorful food. The service is top-notch.

Everything was good except my cookie. It was too hard to eat.Parking: This Panera is in a rather busy shopping plaza and right by a very busy Whole Foods. Parking lot was packed.

We went here April 6th around 4:30 pm. A woman working the register was in the back looking at stuff on her phone and reluctantly moved to the register to take our order. She was wearing a mask and talking downward as if talking to us was beneath her so it was difficult to understand what she was telling us. My wife was giving her our order and she kept taking glances at her phone to check on some video she was looking at. After taking our order she tells us "ok thank you" while not facing us and walking away to do what who knows but she made it obvious she didn't want to be there at all. The BLT was a new menu item and was a pretty flat and visually unappetizing sandwich.

This location doesn’t put out the cinnamon, nutmeg, or sugar syrup for the iced coffees. I overhead a manager telling the staff to never put it out by the coffees last year & it’s still the same. Every single location in Ann Arbor & Canton has these items set out. Sandwiches are prepped a lot smaller than they are at other locations. I like that it’s still in the old cozy style. I used to prefer the one on ZEEB until it was updated and relocated down the street. It’s not the same.

As a delivery driver, they ignore your order. They start making orders for people who dine in. They waste my time. Don’t pick up orders from this store if you’re a delivery driver. The slowest service ever!

There was a nice young lady with very longs braids who was standing up there running her bare hands through her hair and taking orders. She did use the paper tissue to pick up bagels but I feel that was inappropriate to be serving food and rubbing her hair. I left without ordering after seeing that and I hope this issue is addressed. That is unsanitary!

Horrible quality. Ordered the group soup and the container was only 2/3 full. Soup was water seems like I got the discard soup. For $35 this is garbage. The company needs to do quality check ASAP.

Panera Bread is accessible to adults with bladder control issues. I've almost peed my pants in every location in the area, and they have never let me down. I have been able to not pee my pants and get delicious food before and/or after numerous times. (Never during.) Great staff. Excellent soap dispensers. Five stars.

The tastes ok, the portion sucks big time though. For the price we had to pay for 3 of us was $65 and we were still hungry. I personally think it's a rip
