“They were so nice at the window! Great customer service and way better than going next door to Taco Bell. I'm just grateful someone was able to finally take my order after waiting for 10 min at taco bell and got nowhere in the line or inside. I had a hungry kid and gotta go to work. Time was ticking for us. Thank you for the fast service and getting my order correct. Whoever manages or runs this place needs to take Taco Bell's management to school.“
“I am not one to be impressed by a fast food restaurant, but this location blows every city fast food joint I have ever visited out of the water. The breakfast service here is flawless and they have yet to screw up a single order. The drive thru is impeccable, quick, and the wait is surprisingly never long, especially in the mornings. The late night evening service is just as good as the morning staff.The customer service here is excellent! I have personally had the pleasure of encountering the two best managers at this restaurant. Both Trenton and Liaf deserve some recognition for all the hard work, dedication, and sacrifice they do for McDonalds. Give these men a raise and some paid time off because they earned it.Believe it or not, the ice cream machine is never broken down here. I call that a win-win in my book. Every time I tried to get a vanilla cone in the city, I was met with aggressive employees screaming at me through the speakers.The only bummer here is they took out the fountain drinks in the lobby. Unfortunately, unruly individuals would just walk in and help themselves to free drinks instead of paying. If you do choose to dine-in, the employees will be more than happy to refill your drinks at no extra charge.This is most definitely the best McDonalds I have ever been to and continue to visit. The sweet tea is so good that I cannot get enough of it! The sausage egg and cheese McGridlles are addicting right along with their hot coffee made fresh daily. I highly recommend this place to anyone local or just passing through.Parking: Huge parking lot with spaces available all around this building. Plenty of handicap spots to go around.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp here which makes it easy for anyone in a wheelchair or physically limited.“

“We went as a group of 10, inclusive of two children. Received, welcomed and seated quickly. We did make reservations. The ambiance was great. We could hear each other talk which is a great plus when socializing. Service was prompt and friendly. The Manager came over and asked how all was going. Great food, interesting choices of great hamburgers and sushi. I love their moto, "Be Grateful". We had an excellent experience; the food was great!“
“A great drive-in A&W located between Pinckney and Ann Arbor! Very easily seen from the road, a very unique looking building! Lots of parking, well lit, busy lot. Can get busy at times, but the wait is never long. Food is hot, fresh and well prepared! Service is fast and courteous. Definitely recommend stopping by, even if just for a min!“

“We are season pass holders and snowboard a lot at MT B but we do love the grill. The atmosphere is pretty great and you get an up north feel. Sitting by the fire having hot chocolate or a beer with friends it's always a good time. When you can't make it out west or up north this will help you enjoy winter in Michigan a little bit more.“

“Very easily seen from Grand River, very close to I96 as well. Easy in and easy out with lots of parking. Parking lot is well lit. Food is very good, service not so much. The food definitely is the highlight of this restaurant. Staff is quick but can be rough around the edges at times.“
“My husband and I compromised on 4 stars he loves the sliders and would give 5 stars. I think they are mushy on the bottom and the middle is gross, 3 stars. The fries are amazing. Would recommend going for fries and other items. We do not live in the area was just passing through so we have only used the drive thru. They were quick and efficient. Our order was correct, hot and fresh.“
