“Five stars for me and my 81-year-old mom! First time eating here as we don’t live in or around Ann Arbor, but will definitely go back if ever in the area! The manager Roy went above and beyond in several ways! He took the time to explain to us how the building used to be an old sawmill and that’s why the decor is the way that it is such an eclectic beautiful place! The server Alyssa was patient with my 81 year-old mother with a smile on her face taking her time with Mom and myself to answer all of our questions! Wish I could give her a raise because she’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had!“

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“

“We were staying at Microtel Hotel because my husband had to be at the VA really early in the morning. I googled the different restaurants in the area , and this one had the best reviews . We see why , the staff was friendly , the service was great and the food came out fast . My husband had the hot roast sandwich , he said it was so great !! I had a grilled salad with warm pita bread yum !! Then of course we had lemon meringue pie to finish off our meal . So you have friendly staff , great food and prices were good . Glad we tried Mark’s Midtown Coney Island !!“

“Had a really nice meal here and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. The Bang Bang shrimp was a standout and full of flavor from the first bite. I also loved the lamb, especially with the lentil ragout and seasoned vegetables that paired perfectly with it. The staff was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. “We were with our dog, Jan, a Belgian Shepard, when we were walking by and noticed the street closed and outside dining. It looked so inviting. Everyone was super friendly. We asked for NA beer and graciously got 2; along with a bowl of water for Jan. I had no problem eating my whole delicious burger! So good. We are out of town but we will be back!“

“I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

From the burgers, to the fish (don't sleep on the fish!), to the various sides - fries, curds, onion rings, pretzel bites, to the custard - it just hits. This location is standard like the rest, but Culvers just does a good job!“

“We visit Afternoon Delight most Sunday mornings because the food is so good and the staff treat everyone like they are special. Owner Jo is usually taking the orders and offering an amazing variety of choices. The waitstaff, especially Amanda, make sure the coffee and the smiles are always flowing. If you've not been to Afternoon Delight you are really missing something.“

“At Anna’s House, there’s so many food options to choose from. From offering a vegetarian menu, gluten free, things that CAN be gluten free and so much more, it’s spectacular. The lace is very vibrant, it’s like a kids playhouse.

The wait was around 10-15 minutes, not too long, but I did notice there were a lot of booths available. Maybe they were just cleaning them up, who knows. Once we sat, our waiter was so kind and patient as it was our first time at this restaurant and area! We order a breakfast burrito, french toast, and an omelette. Everything was amazing. I loved the hash-browns, they were so soft and crunchy on the outside.

“I really liked aMa Bistro. The menu is very robust and has a lot of options. I had a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries that were delicious. It wasn't too busy considering it's in downtown AA and everyone working there was super nice. I'll definitely be back.“

“I watched the 2026 NCAA men's basketball final here at this cozy restaurant/bar in the lobby of the Graduate hotel. Robin and her co-workers busily served so many people - they were in constant motion! The staff brought out an additional large screen TV for the game, and even took the time to perform some audiovisual troubleshooting when the need arose. What a perfect atmosphere in which to witness a historical U Michigan victory!“

“We had a wonderful experience! Charlena was an outstanding server from start to finish. We were a large group of 10 people, which can be a challenge, but she handled everything with a smile and incredible professionalism. She checked on us frequently, made sure our drinks stayed full, and was always quick to bring anything we needed. Despite all of our requests, she never seemed rushed and made us feel like we were her top priority.

Charlenn recommended one of the hamburgers, and I’m so glad I took her advice—it was absolutely delicious! It ended up being one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time.

We were also impressed that the manager, Robbie, stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well. That extra attention to customer service really stood out and showed that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.

The restaurant was clean and inviting, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. It’s not always easy to find a place that can handle a large group so well, but they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!“

“Went for a lunch with a friend and I brought my dog so we could go on a hike. Our waiter was super nice and brought out some ice water for her. The food was delicious and they have an inexpensive treat menu for pups as well. Definitely recommend!“
