The manager Roy went above and beyond in several ways! He took the time to explain to us how the building used to be an old sawmill and that’s why the decor is the way that it is such an eclectic beautiful place! The server Alyssa was patient with my 81 year-old mother with a smile on her face taking her time with Mom and myself to answer all of our questions! Wish I could give her a raise because she’s one of the best servers I’ve ever had!“

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“

“Had a phenomenal meal at Zingerman’s Roadhouse on my first visit today. I was torn between two options and my amazing server, Payton was able to put in half orders of each so I could get a little bit of both and not break the bank. Super shout out to Payton by the way, she was a rockstar server! Everything was on time, piping hot and delicious. She even brought my friend a Tide pen when she dribbled her burger onto her shirt!
There were many wonderful little touches like when my friend asked for a beer sample. The bar guy brought THREE…the one she asked for and two similar choices so she could make a decision. We were floored at not only how delicious everything tasted but by how the staff really seemed to love what they were doing.
I ordered the poutine and the friend chicken and mashed potatoes. Chicken was perfectly seasoned and those mashed potatoes were excellent! The poutine was fantastic as well.“

“We were staying at Microtel Hotel because my husband had to be at the VA really early in the morning. I googled the different restaurants in the area , and this one had the best reviews . We see why , the staff was friendly , the service was great and the food came out fast . My husband had the hot roast sandwich , he said it was so great !! I had a grilled salad with warm pita bread yum !! Then of course we had lemon meringue pie to finish off our meal . So you have friendly staff , great food and prices were good . This location is standard like the rest, but Culvers just does a good job!“

“I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

Owner Jo is usually taking the orders and offering an amazing variety of choices. The waitstaff, especially Amanda, make sure the coffee and the smiles are always flowing. If you've not been to Afternoon Delight you are really missing something.“

“I really liked aMa Bistro. The menu is very robust and has a lot of options. I had a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries that were delicious. It wasn't too busy considering it's in downtown AA and everyone working there was super nice. I'll definitely be back.“

Robin and her co-workers busily served so many people - they were in constant motion! The staff brought out an additional large screen TV for the game, and even took the time to perform some audiovisual troubleshooting when the need arose. What a perfect atmosphere in which to witness a historical U Michigan victory!“
