“This establishment is definitely a musical gem! The talent that I’ve viewed there has been nothing short of phenomenal. I love the atmosphere and ambiance of the club. The staff is fantastic, and the food is always great. Do yourself a favor and visit this amazing jazz club!!“

“I was a little disappointed that our latte did not come with the expected decoration, ingresar it was just plain foam, but the taste was really good tho. I think it depends on the barista. The fruit tart was good too. And they play French music which make it a really nice ambience. Cozy and nice interior.“

“I have no idea why it took so long to try this restaurant but it was worth the wait. Our waitress, Meaghan, was so friendly I wanted to invite her to join us lol. We split 3 appetizers and one entree and to say it was all amazing is an understatement. Our favorite was the lobster spring rolls. The lobster was cooked perfectly, and there was just enough bite to it.Now I don’t know what the normal crowd brings but this particular evening we were there brought a majority of older clientele who were all dressed very nicely. Although we are still in our 40s, I really appreciated the well dressed crowd that was dining. The entire staff was smiling and friendly which says a lot about a place. Can’t wait to go back!“

“My wife and I come here all the time for breakfast. We love it! Came for lunch today. Still amazing. I want to reward them with a five star review but dont want too many people vying with us for a table. Truly amazing homestyle food and friendly atmosphere.“

“I go there with intentions to get a delicious homemade dessert the food is good I end up eating full meal and don’t have room for dessert. What’s wrong with me I keep going back for dessert and keep finding good menu meals. Really like their BLT choices and the omelet with spinach, Swiss cheese an ham.I’ll make that early morning coffee and dessert soon.“

“Love Metzger’s! Authentic German cuisine and the Potato Pancakes are absolutely delicious! My husband grew up in a German Family in Ann Arbor and Metzgers was a very big part of his childhood, it’s great to share a memorable meal with him.“

“Nice jewel of a place outside of busy downtown Ann Arbor. We were celebrating a graduation and didn't want to be around the large masses that central Ann Arbor sometimes has. Kaylee was our server and she was top notch and pleasant. There were 7 of us and all enjoyed the food. From burgers, pasta and salmon, everyone was very happy from how it tasted to the size of the portions! However a lot of clean plates! Enjoyed the desserts too, flourless chocolate cake - amazing... and the carrot cake did not fall short! We were seated in the back room which I would think for overflow crowd- music was smooth sounding but a tad too loud- we were an only table left so it seemed amplified. Other than that- would highly recommended!“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vinology and had an incredible experience. Chef Nick's educational session on knife skills and knife sharpening was both informative and engaging. Not only did I leave with improved culinary knowledge, but I also gained insight into the restaurant's commitment to sustainability, with a focus on sourcing proteins responsibly and operating on a no-waste platform. The food was outstanding, reflecting their dedication to quality and ethical practices. Vinology and Chef Nick have truly set a high standard for culinary excellence and environmental consciousness. Highly recommended for both food enthusiasts, wine-lovers, and eco-conscious diners alike! I cannot wait to see what else Chef Nick has in store for Vinology!-I apologize! I think that was an error. I have changed it :)“

“Had a great experience at First Bite. Great laid back ambiance. Got the Ann Arbor avocado toast with an egg and bacon and my friend got the Masala omelette. Everything was really tasty. The coffee was really really good and the servers kept our cups topped off continually. The manager and servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager was super kind and accommodating to a large table with kids too. You are paying Main St prices but that is to be expected. Great little brunch spot. I like that the menu was pretty health conscious. I have a restrictive diet with no refined carbs and there was tons I could order here. Will be back for sure.“

“I would have rated this restaurant a 5, but the floor under the booth where sat was filthy. We mentioned something to the waitress and she did nothing about it. We ordered gyros. The portions were enough for a family of 5! We definitely had a doggie bag. The food was delicious and there was ample tsaziki sauce, unlike many places. They welcomed my dog. I appreciated that. My dog is cleaner than most kids. The waitress was very pleasant, prompt and cordial. My friend ordered roast beef. She enjoyed that 1as well. There was ample parking and seating. This was a great all around "diner." I will definitely return next time I am in the area“

“I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“
“This is a unique spot for a weekend night out. For dinner and a show, it was priced just right! And not a bad seat in the house!Particularly impressive is that the wait staff doubles as the stage talent. Hard work, for sure! While their table side attitude may be a bit gruff (at least our server), it's made up for by on-stage talent. The food was quite tasty, but a bit over salted. Additional bread is, sadly, not am option. And there was a dessert menu change that was disappointing, as I had a food sensitivity that prevented me from enjoying it.The show itself was incredible! The sound, the set, the acting... all wonderful!I'll be back.Dietary restrictions: Be sure to check the site, as there is a time frame for all dietary restrictions to be submitted by“

“This location gets a solid 4 stars for their consistenly decent food and service. During the summer months, they have a nice outdoor seating area with good ambiance. We were there one evening with live music which was pretty good. Not too loud and familiar songs that some of the customers were singing along with. Everyone was having a great time. It's in a sort of tricky location to find if you see it from the freeway and want to try it out but haven't been before. The driveway comes up the southeast corner of the facility toward a low area of an intersection that has a road leading up past the car wash on the south side of the restaurant. If you're going to try the restaurant for the first time, have a look at a map first so you know how to get into the parking lot. Once you're there, it's pretty easy to find your way back out.“

“The best fine dining restaurant in Ann Arbor. The ingredients are super fresh and the flavors are nothing like what I’ve had before. Went there both in the fall and in the winter. I would say because they only use in season ingredients, there are probably more fresh vegetables and fruits in warmer seasons. Winter menu had lots of root vegetables. They change the menu every month so it’s worth going back too. The experience is not like typical fine dining because you sit right next to other customers. Food is served in a sharing style. It’s more like eating a nice dinner at someone’s house.“

“just came on here to say that we visited for the first time last night and OH MY GOSH....we were so impressed! We had driven back from Detroit airport, hungry as heck and with a craving for pizza so; we stopped at this place. so glad we did! the craving was satisfied we will definitely be back to try one of the enormous burgers we saw going past our table as we sipped on our delicious beer n eagerly awaited our pizza!the staff were friendly, attentive and ultimately, working their socks off!!!The atmosphere was that of a cozy local bar that used to be a hidden gem before the stories of delicious food n cold beer got out; now, its a busy but vibrant local bar with excellent food with almost every table full! However, tables were bussed quickly so you were able to seat yourself and browse the menu, that also came with seasonal specials that sounded yummy. It was a great eating experience and an additonal shout out to our server Hunter who was a rockstar!!“

“There are only two words that come to mind when we describe Uptown Coney Island - Absolutely Wonderful. The food completely outshines the fancy and high end restaurants in Ann Arbor. It’s a treat to walk in to such a friendly and open hearted eatery. Our meal was fantastic and prepared with the freshest, high quality ingredients. Our waitress (Celina) was conversational, attentive and mindful of our order and needs. Celina truly represents the very best of Uptown. We ran into Gus as we left and he was welcoming and pleasant as always….Make your next stop at Uptown Coney Island; you’ll be delighted at the superb experience you will have!“

I would recommend this place to any and all! Some of my family is in town for the show tonight at the Blind Pig! We got lunch here! Glad we did too because everywhere else was packed! They were so happy to have us.I got a pizza with my mom and it was so good. It was the garlic + onion and the cheese on it was WILD. My brother in law got the Walleye, sister got the Butter Milk Chicken, and her friend got the Tree Town Cob! 10 out of 10! Would recommend.Thank you for the wonderful food and service!!“
“I had the Cajun chicken pasta and it was delicious. Great flavor and heat balance, excellent sauce. The cocktails were quite good as well. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. To complete the meal, the chocolate tort was decadent. For me, the only downside of the experience was the ambience. It seems a bit too stark and cafeteria-like in the main dining room for my liking and the price point. Still, I will go back and recommend giving it a try.“

“Not my normal place I'd be at but they host a board game event every 2nd Thursday of the month. That was pretty cool. Was fun to try some different cheeses and meats I normally wouldn't. Someone who knows more about wine would enjoy their drinks more than me. But I'll probably be back.“

“Stopped here to have dinner after doing some shopping in Chelsea. It was busy, we sat at the bar and the bartender greeted us and took our drink order right away. You could tell there were many regulars dining here, and I can see why. Fish and chips were excellent, crispy, cooked perfect, not greasy or fishy tasting. My wife had the Reuben, which she raved about. Beer was nice and cold, service was awesome, and it’s a cozy place.“

“Shout out to Kate who was working the bar Sunday afternoon. She was very friendly and welcoming to this first time visitor. I just wanted to watch the second half of the women’s bball game and relax after being in bad traffic. Zukey’s was the perfect spot. Also a shout out to the young girls working in the “middle” section. They allowed me to sit in that area so I was able to hear the game as well as watch. Great staff!“

“Food is fantastic. A modern menu with items from avocado toast to brioche French toast to biscuits and mushroom gravy. Everything was flavorful, filling, and well priced.A few varied flavored coffee drinks on the menu. The matcha latte was very matcha flavored. Brunch appropriate cocktails were available.Serving staff were happy to let us stay and chat after we'd finished our meal (but it wasn't the heart of the brunch rush.)Parking: Street and parking structures free on Sundays.“

“Been coming to this cute and cozy small town restaurant for a few years now and it’s never disappointed. I’ve only had two issues on separate occasions and both times the manager made it right without hesitation. They definitely care about the quality of customer service and it’s truly what keeps us coming back every time. As well as the delectable and divine choices available on the menu.No matter the time of day, my family and I will stop in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you’re in the mood for breakfast food at lunch or dinner, you can order it without time restrictions like some restaurants impose on their customers. Even if you wanted some dessert for breakfast, you can order it without judgment. I would highly recommend the vanilla cheesecake. I am not a fan of cheesecake in general, but this one served here is just out of this world! My personal favorite to order here is the potato soup. Just an FYI for anyone interested in trying this soup - you can only order this on Wednesdays. The second go to soup would have to be the broccoli cheddar. You cannot go wrong with these homemade soups they serve here. My teenage son raves over the lemon chicken rice and will get it every time we come here.I myself have personally enjoyed plenty of breakfast specials, the chicken strip salad with homemade ranch dressing, the turkey club sandwich, the chicken Parmesan dinner, and the “Opa” appetizer. All were delicious, looked appetizing, and served with a side of love. The prices here are fairly reasonable, especially with today’s inflation. They offer plenty of Coke products and have free refills, except on milk, chocolate milk, and apple juice. They have a huge bookshelf for anyone interested in reading while waiting for your meal to arrive. They will gladly accept book donations if you’re looking to downsize your own book collection. There is also a few televisions within the restaurant in case you would rather watch something instead of reading. And last but not least, they have a community table so you can drop off your business cards, community flyers, or pamphlets to your organization.Vegetarian options: They have a section available on the menu.Parking: Has handicapped spaces available.Kid-friendliness: They have a section available on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible and wheelchair friendly.“

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“
