Interior of the building was very clean, and very spacious for customers to be separate from one another.

Parking: Free parking is behind the building off the main street. Can be hard to find if you dont know your way around.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my two little ones both under 3 with me and they had a great selection of kids meals and had booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its ground floor entrance. Very easily wheelchair accesible.“

“What a fantastic cafe and shop!
Lots of interesting drink choices, a bit of food, and ice cream. I enjoyed my drink out on the covered outdoor area facing the river and watched people sail by on boats while editing photos on my laptop.
The owner popped out and asked if I needed the wifi and let me know to ask inside for the password if I did. Which was great, and while I didn't need it this time I often do end up looking for places with wifi to stop at, so I am sure to keep here in mind when I am in the area again.
I did notice some gluten free muffins in the fridge as well!“

The girl at the door seating everyone seemed really odd. I told her we needed two seats. She grabbed the menues and silverware. We followed her to our table. She put the items on the table and left without saying a single word to us. I usually expect them to say follow me or tell me who will be our server. She didn’t say a word. Seemed mad. But it is a beer and burger place. Maybe I expect too much of people.“

“A very popular location, good luck getting a seat if you arrive later in the night. They move the line for drinks along incredibly fast, don't be intimidated. Prices are quite reasonable for a nice draft beer. Young and energetic scene but some of everything in the crowd. Good beer, make some friends due to close proximity.“

“Went out here last weekend with a couple friends after work. The place has a laid-back vibe, not too loud, not dead either, which I liked. Bartender was friendly and didn’t rush us even when it got a little busy. Drinks were solid and priced about what you’d expect for the area. I tried a whiskey cocktail and it was made well, nothing fancy but done right. Seating was comfortable and we were able to actually talk without yelling. It’s the kind of bar you could come back to for a casual night or to watch a game. Overall, a pretty decent spot.“

“I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“

“I recently visited Qahwah House, and honestly it was a great experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which makes it a perfect place to relax, study, or catch up with friends. The place is very clean and well organized, and the decor gives it a warm and comfortable vibe.

The coffee was excellent and tasted very fresh. You can really tell they care about the quality of what they serve. I also appreciated how friendly and respectful the staff were—they made the whole experience even better.

“Had a phenomenal meal at Zingerman’s Roadhouse on my first visit today. I was torn between two options and my amazing server, Payton was able to put in half orders of each so I could get a little bit of both and not break the bank. Super shout out to Payton by the way, she was a rockstar server! Everything was on time, piping hot and delicious. She even brought my friend a Tide pen when she dribbled her burger onto her shirt!
There were many wonderful little touches like when my friend asked for a beer sample. The bar guy brought THREE…the one she asked for and two similar choices so she could make a decision. We were floored at not only how delicious everything tasted but by how the staff really seemed to love what they were doing.
I ordered the poutine and the friend chicken and mashed potatoes. Chicken was perfectly seasoned and those mashed potatoes were excellent! The poutine was fantastic as well.“
