I had a conversation with the other owner about her recent business trip to Belgium in which she had the opportunity to visit a few breweries. Good people and great beer.”

“We stopped into The Highline for a couple of drinks with friends and it was great! The owner, Christie, was amazing and shared some great info on Ryes with us, and Steve provided some great entertainment, along with our drinks. We sat on the patio, where they had a couple of fire features going, but next time we will probably sit inside as it looked quite nice. We will definitely be back.”

“Ordered a personal pizza. Was really good. Crunchy crust, not too thick. Sauce was the right amount and cheese was perfectly melted.

Interior of the building was very clean, and very spacious for customers to be separate from one another.

Parking: Free parking is behind the building off the main street. Can be hard to find if you dont know your way around.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my two little ones both under 3 with me and they had a great selection of kids meals and had booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its ground floor entrance. Very easily wheelchair accesible.”

“Dexter's pub was the only thing open past 8pm with vegan options in the area. It was surprisingly great!! We picked up a build-your-own pizza with vegan cheese, vegan chorizo, and onions with a side of fries. The dough was similar to a Digiorno-type pizza, but I like that style. Cheese tasted like Daiya, but honestly was pretty good! Favorite part was the chorizo--idk how they did that but it was so so good!! (A little more pricey than average pizzeria, but not unreasonable for feeding 3 people).”

“We go here every Friday after work. The service is superb, the beer selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is chill. I am vegetarian and super appreciative for the portobello burger. Any food anyone orders in our group comes out fresh and hot. Some favorites from our group include the sliders, poutine and they have sweet potato fries! This last week they had a chickpea burger on special which was super exciting for me and it was delicious! I hope this becomes a regular offering!”

“Whoever the owner of this spectacular establishment is, I’d like to thank you personally and shake your hand for consistently giving me the best lattes I’ve ever had in my life. How do you do it? How do your recipes literally taste like liquid form of what you’re advertising them to be? Banana bread latte? You can’t convince me you didn’t blend a piece of banana bread in there. Campfire chai? I’ve literally been transported to a pumpkin farm surrounded by colorful leaves with a campfire in front of me. If your business were ever struggling you give me a call because I would sustain that place and buy 100 coffees a day if that meant the world would continue to be blessed by your existence. Don’t tell me it’s the quality of syrups or espresso, I KNOW the magic you use behind that counter to make your coffees so good. It’s called love. Thank you for always giving me the best lattes I’ve ever had. You make my morning commute bearable, dare I say enjoyable.”
