Made lasagna with the pasta sheets, and consensus was that it was the best of all time. The handmade pasta is much more flavorful and delicate than comnercial pasta. I'm a huge fan!
Dexter is lucky to have this gem nestled within the downtown district. I am a total foodie that can cook, and I am shocked I just found this business today. Carosello has some very unique authentic Italian cuisine that I've never seen before. I picked up a "nest" of their homemade spaghetti noodles, the most delicious parmesan cheese I've tasted, and a local A2 Pesto sauce that was bright and extremely flavorful. It's a great trip to town for some fresh pasta right here in Dexter Michigan. It's important to patronize small businesses like places Carosello's Pasta. They proWe're hooked on freshly made pasta in a variety of shapes for different sauces. Anywhere from angel hair to Pappardellealso corkscrews and my favorite rigatoni. It's just pasta but anything else that goes with pasta.Parking: Parked right out front. No hassling for a spot to park.
