“We stopped into The Highline for a couple of drinks with friends and it was great! The owner, Christie, was amazing and shared some great info on Ryes with us, and Steve provided some great entertainment, along with our drinks. We sat on the patio, where they had a couple of fire features going, but next time we will probably sit inside as it looked quite nice. We will definitely be back.“

“We go here every Friday after work. The service is superb, the beer selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is chill. I am vegetarian and super appreciative for the portobello burger. Any food anyone orders in our group comes out fresh and hot. Some favorites from our group include the sliders, poutine and they have sweet potato fries! This last week they had a chickpea burger on special which was super exciting for me and it was delicious! I hope this becomes a regular offering!“

“What a gem! Echelon is truly an amazing experience! In fact, our experience was so remarkable, we ate there twice while in town. The restaurant is gorgeous, a real feast for the eyes that gives a significant nod to the building’s rich architectural past while pulling a warm art deco design in a space fitting for an architectural magazine. As amazing as the space was the entire service and food team. Our servers – Jenn on night one and Ella on night two – were so friendly, knowledgeable and everyone went above and beyond to ensure our experience at Echelon was something we would never forget (and we won’t!). We even got visits from the kitchen with Chef Joe VanWagner coming by to greet us, expediter and professional forager Marc Jacob Qualls-Sanchez coming by for a long session on his foraging expertise (amazing!), and even their new tiki bar (coming soon!) manager Max giving us the DL on that space and renovations. We felt like royalty! For a special treat above and beyond the food, service, and overall experience, the Echelon team passed around menus that night to have all the front and back of house staff autograph it for us! “Went out here last weekend with a couple friends after work. The place has a laid-back vibe, not too loud, not dead either, which I liked. Bartender was friendly and didn’t rush us even when it got a little busy. Drinks were solid and priced about what you’d expect for the area. I tried a whiskey cocktail and it was made well, nothing fancy but done right. Seating was comfortable and we were able to actually talk without yelling. It’s the kind of bar you could come back to for a casual night or to watch a game. Overall, a pretty decent spot.“

“TLDR; TBP is a very intimate venue with excellent shows. (@Steve Hoffstetter) The Blind Pig did a great job managing our ADA/accommodation and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Regardless of your disability, (or lack of disability), if you have a chance to visit The Blind Pig- do it! You won’t regret it. They went above and beyond, (where so very many other businesses fail) was with our accommodations; as my mother used a cane to get around after breaking her hip. While yes, they legally are obligated to because of the ADA, however, where some places do the bare minimum, like leave people hanging, or make them feel like a burden for asking, TBP makes you feel truly welcome. Faith made sure my phone calls were returned in a very timely fashion (I purchased the tickets a day and a half before the show- she was definitely on it, to respond so quickly with care). Our seats were marked reserved, there were multiple people who could direct us where to go and who to contact (if needed) upon arrival. There’s been something that happened in our family several months ago that hasn’t brought joy to any of us; and seeing my mother relax and laugh, like she hasn’t done in months, made the extra night special. Thank you Faith, Molly, and all the other employees of TBP for making it a truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to see another show there. 💕“

“Excellent atmosphere, had a seat at the bar and tried the family estate rye whisky for the first time, which was excellent. Bartender was prompt and attentive, and my small plates were great accompaniment.

Fried old bay chickpeas - quantity was a large and pleasant surprise, though each individual bean was a little small. Flavor and crunch were nice, never tried putting old bay on my chickpeas before, but definitely too much salt on these, which was a pity. Still a good drinking accompaniment though, and surprisingly addictive.

Prosciutto - orange cantaloupe and blackberries were pleasant alongside prosciutto wrapped around the melon slices, and balsamic glaze went very well. I think the honey tilted the dish a little too sweet though, the fruit was sweet enough. Some nuts or a bit of citrus might have been good instead.

Jupiter and Mars cocktail - a little disappointed by this one, was expecting a more spice forward drink, but the spice was more of an aside to the tequila and sweetness.“

“I dined with my 4 year old & two 13 year olds. We all shared two baskets of fries, a Club and a tenders app. Including a beer & Pepsi the total only $50. The real 5 ⭐️ goes to the service staff. I’ve truly never experienced better. My toddler dropped her water glass which shattered under our table. Before I knew what had happened the staff were at our table to help. We stood out of the way where someone helped me dry her pants & replaced her water. The staff cleaned the mess then moped/dried the floor within ~3 min. It was AMAZING. Thank you!!“

She was so on top of everything, making sure we had drinks if they were almost empty, making sure we got our food in before last call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
