“I had a catered event here and Lisa and the Staff were fantastic! I did a spaghetti buffet dinner with salad and appetizers and the food was amazing. Now I go to Bar Bingo night on Wed on occasion for the food and the fun. I must say best Nachos around as well!“
“We all know how good the green lantern pizza is so we decided to try something off the menu besides pizza is St. Patrick’s Day. My husband ordered a Ruben. I had the American hamburger. He ordered the tater tots to go with his Ruben and I had the seasoned french fries. He said that the corn beef was very tender and good. The only thing he complained about was they do not put sauerkraut on the Reuben, which is kind of odd because that’s what a Ruben is. My hamburger was so good. It was a double patty, cheeseburger, cheese patties, and the season fries were crispy. Very good. I have no complaints, our server, Liz was very attentive and had a great personality. Our food came quick and we were very satisfied so whether you order pizza or sandwich off their menu you’re not going to have a bad meal. Everything is good.“
“I cannot say enough about how amazing the Reuben sandwiches are here. Family atmosphere and awesome staff. The Reuben’s really are huge and the whole sandwich is top notch. Their fries are so good and they have sweet potato fries as well. First time here, saw a post on FB. “Looks like it's put together nicely for being new. Went there for comedy night. We had fun, the server must have been either new or something because it was insanely long to get drinks or food. And the food was cold when it did come out. But I'd give it one more shot on a comedy night to see if it's any better before never going “
“Recently changed ownership (formerly Rayz now The Nail) and the new owner, Patti, is just the nicest! Don't be fooled by the outside- the parking lot is going to be paved and there are updates happening... but the inside is great! Pool tables, dart boards, an awesome bar. Highly recommend!“
“Showed up solo. Left with new friends. Came in on a Friday for karaoke. There was a nice fellow “Dj GrizzyGrant” I believe, hosting. He’s his Grandmas Favorite Grandson. He got me on the list and helped me pick a song! Great sound, good song choices. Free pool. Locals were very welcoming to someone just wondering in and Annie and Di (the owner) were great with the service and had some good bar food ( not a very extensive menus but when you get a few drinks in you, who doesn’t want some fried cheese?).“
“If too much fun is a problem for you, then go anywhere else. But if you show up a little early and take advantage of the food it just makes your night even better than showing up just for drinks. “Came here for my birthday and they didn't have something on the menue I wanted. Steve the owner personally came to the table to figure out what I wanted. Although it was not exactly the same as what I wanted Steve created a new dish that was absolutely on point. Never seen shrimp this big from a bar in Michigan. Not sure what he's going to call them but it needs to be a regular on the menu.“
“Decided to visit this place for open jam night. It was not very packed, but it was Sunday evening. What a great atmosphere,I can not lie. I had a blast listening to live music. It was a rotation of blues and classic rock. Staff was busy but on point and attentive. Didn't get to try any food, but I'd assume I would be classic bar style. All in all, it was a great time. I would definitely visit again.“
“Our server Ellie was fantastic!!!!! We had the all you can eat crab and she made sure our plates were never empty! She was always checking on us to see if we needed anything and she was always smiling! We couldn't have asked for a better server! The food was delicious as always!!!! Those mushrooms though!!!! “We stopped in pretty much right after opening for an early lunch. First the atmosphere is perfect for a small town bar. We were greeted by our friendly server Barb and the cadence of the meal was perfect. We started with the breaded mushrooms - perfectly fried with a crunchy exterior and the mushrooms fully cooked. Our entrees - the Reuben with onion rings - the bread had a great grill on it. Kept the sandwich from being soggy! The onion rings were again just about perfect. No sliding onion rings after the first bite here! I had the Hanover Backwoods Burger and wow was it tasty. The fries were good (I believe double fried with a good crunch) but the burger was the star of this meal for me. If we're in the area again we'll be back!“
