“Seems like a good place and no complaints about the staff or business really, but we came in on a week day to just play a couple casual games and as there were no signs or anything indicating there was a league, we started setting our stuff down at one of the tables and the table next to us came to tell us there were leagues in the rudest, most disrespectful way possible. They even went as far as to tell us to move to another table that was "open for now" and give us a lecture on pool etiquette as though we had never played a game in our lives. It was rude and awful, we played one game at the other table and were made so uncomfortable by that guy that we just left and didn't get drinks or anything. I looked everywhere I could think to try to find some kind of signage or anything that would indicate that there was a league going on and there was nothing I could see. I know this isn't really the fault of 21 West, but the people there just seemed really rude and I don't know that we will be back since apparently it could be leagues at any time with no notice, or warning of any kind.“
“We went to Sodbusters on a Wednesday evening (7:30) to hear The Chefs of Dixieland, Ragtime Rick Grafing's band. We expected it to be good music, but it was more. It was an experience, not a performance. We were totally immersed. We felt absolutely transported into another era. At one point, the trombonist sauntered through the cafe as he played ---so fun. We only had drinks, and the prices were very reasonable. We had the feeling that a lot of the people there were regulars. We'd rather listen to live local music than go to a big concert. We will definitely do this again.“
“Came here one of our first nights after moving here from California. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The ‘pies’ were a bit unusual looking at first, being cut into squares with the cheese covering the toppings… HOWEVER, taste is the name of the game. And they tasted incredible. I prefer a slightly over cooked pizza and they did not disappoint. I am a fan of browned cheese on the edges and it was perfect. I watched the young man hand stretch the dough, which was really neat to watch. And the garlic bread was something I will order every time! We were very pleased with our first Toledo pizza experience! We will be back!“
“This updated review is a result of a concert I attended across the street June 23rd 2016. We usually come here for pre-concert grub because they have really good thin crust pizza It was really crowded but the bartenders were really busting their butts to keep up ....they get an A for effort. We tried the hummus too for the first time and it was pretty good. So if you're attending an event at Centennial Terrace & Quarry this is a great little stop before the event because the other place... the Cantina in Mayberry Village is always packed with people and it's hard to get in much less get service there in a quick fashion since your time is limited and you need to get out and be able to attend the event on time. Andy and Barney's Sports Bar & JoJo's Pizza next door has never failed in this aspect.“

“Absolutely confused why they closed the location on Reynolds Road near Maumee a few years ago. Loved that one and missed it dearly. Visited this location hoping it was still a home run and my goodness it’s even better!! The Memphis Mac is a 10/10 must have and they have bottomless fries!! $13.99 for a huge delicious packed grilled cheese and bottomless fries is incredible!! Only suggestion I would make is please open more locations because this place is too good!! The service was fast and friendly!!“

“My family is here at least twice a week. You will not find a better service staff in the area. Food is delicious and they offer chefs specials on weekends and keeps the menu rotating. As a family dealing with gluten allergies, this is a great place to keep on your list if you have special food requirements. They are very careful with customer food needs. “We ate here this weekend and their food is always so good. I had a cheese burger and that cheddar was thick on top, not a skimpy slice of cheese and it melted over the sides of the burger. It was cooked perfect. I opted for chips this time, but think the tots are amazing and always cripsy not soggy and gross. Our service was a bit slow and they were not overly busy. She could have been the only one, not sure. She was nice and attentive when she was at out table so maybe just busy. Definitely will be back.“

“Took four 13 year old boys here for my son’s little bday celebration. The bartenders were friendly considering I was bringing kids in. We had to leave by 9pm because they are under 18yrs old, but it wasn’t getting busy until then anyways. They have lots to do, pool, darts, ping pong, little arcade area. “My husband and I and a friend had lunch on Saturday at 2pm at the Heather Downs location. and it was fantastic. Our server Katie was phenomenal. The food was delish. The only thing we had an issue with was how loud the house music was. We could barely hear each other over it. However we will definitely be back. So good!“
“Great dinner! We had the perch basket and fries with homemade baked beans! It was delicious.. fish was perfectly cooked and fries were hot and crispy. My gf had the special.. build your own burger with bacon cheddar and pepper Jack.. It was slightly over cooked (asked for medium) but it was still juicy.. Tator tots were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum! Service was excellent.. Cathy was a friendly prompt server with great follow up throughout our time there. Jukebox music playing and big screen tv’s around the room. We sat At a booth.. each booth also has their own small tv. Nice place to have a bite to eat and it’s prices aren’t bad.
