“Great experience! Food and service were excellent! Will definitely be returning! There are many options including gluten free and vegetarian Foods. Owner, Nick, introduced himself and was very helpful. Restaurant was clean.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options!”
“I was very happy with this restaurant as the food was great with decent prices. Only downside was it's a bit crowded. You could tell who the regulars were as they cursed up a storm having to wait for a seat when entering. Here you walk in and seat yourself if there's room. Waitress was friendly but busy with multiple tables.Worth the stop by in my opinion.”
“Loved our visit at Kays Table. The food was excellent and Kay herself came out and talked to us to welcome us to her restaurant. My husband especially loved the Pho. I don't do spicy so she made a dish for me without the heat.”
“I had liver and onions and it was very good. It was moist and cut with a fork. Service was excellent and the entire place was very clean. The restaurant is small inside and filled up quickly by 5pm. Prices were very good considering the large portions.”
“So wonderful! The young man at the cashier is so helpful and mature. This family does amazing work so so yummy. I ate this foof when i had a cold and felt so much better the next day 12/10 recommend”
“4.25 This restaurant is situated in a rather "has-been" strip mall at the corner of Alexis and Monroe, technically in Sylvania but don't picture it on Main Street in Sylvania. On the positive side, however, there is plenty of easy parking as many businesses in this strip mall are no longer open. There is a laser tag/game type of business still remaining as well as a Bingo Hall. This elegant restaurant just doesn't seem to fit in this location, but wanted to try it based on so many positive reviews. Upon entering the restaurant, it is very pleasant, sophisticated, and clean, with hardwood floors and appropriate decor. For seating, there is a choice of booths or tables. I was there on a Friday night and there was no need for a reservation, though many tables and booths were taken. On a Friday night, I was surprised that the restaurant is only open until 8pm. I would say that the clientele is mostly a mature crowd. Now I was there too, so just saying it's not a late night establishment. However, it's a very pleasant and comfortable place to enjoy a delicious Syrian/Mediterranean dinner. We each started off with a margarita, which was nothing to complain about nor rave about- except that the price was very reasonable ($5/drink). Our server, one of the daughters of the original owners, was very pleasant and attentive. In addition, she offered honest opinions when asked about entrees. I inquired about the Chicken Shawarma or Tawook and ended up ordering the Picnic Chicken based on her recommendation. She definitely knew the best selections and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. My friend knew exactly what she wanted and our server didn't attempt to change her mind. My friend's entree came with a salad (not sure why mine didn't) and it looked fine though not amazing. She didn't finish it and chose not to take it home with her leftovers. I ordered a small side of hummus, which was very good. However, the hummus came in its own bowl without extra pita bread- though complimentary pita and butter packets were served in a plastic baggie upon being seated. I think the presentation could have been better- maybe putting it in a basket or even on a plate, but the pita itself was very light and delicious. The hummus was creamy and likewise delicious. Loved my picnic chicken, which came with a choice of steak fries or rice with green beans. I opted for the latter and found that it perfectly accompanied my meal. It also came with a delicious side of garlic sauce, which was great with my meal though I still taste it in my mouth hours later! My friend also commented on how delicious the rice was, though I'm not sure if garlic sauce was part of her beef kebab meal. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant based upon its food and value for your money. I would also recommend carryout. The only reason I deducted a 3/4 star is because it didn't feel like a 5-star dining experience. The food was excellent and I would definitely return, but I didn't have a special "dining out" feeling based on the location of the restaurant and it lacked a certain energy that you might feel in a restaurant that is open later and is more bustling on a Friday night. However, it is a very nice ambiance in which to converse. My friend and I had a delicious meal and an enjoyable experience that I highly recommend! Also looking forward to leftovers tomorrow thanks to the generous portions!”
“It was my first visit here and I have to say, it was the best omelet I've had since 2010. The service was incredible and the prep/food was amazing. My sever brought me everything I needed for my meal without me even having to ask. Very attentive staff that will make you feel right at home. Very affordable and worth every penny. Be sure to stop by here if you are hungry for breakfast or lunch!”
“Chandler cafe is the BEST!! Delicious food with great selection and amazing service from people that care! I picked up a mobile order an hour after it was ready.. and without asking, they remade the sandwich for me!! SO thoughtful & kind! LOVE CHANDLER CAFE!!!”
“This is a really nice place to come and eat, really good food. The music is too loud in the bar area. It’s hard to even have a conversation. The ladies restroom soap dispenser has been broke for months and I’ve told people that it needs to be replaced. It has yet to be replaced, and unfortunately that’s a really important thing for a ladies restroom or any restroom for that matter. I think you need to give your employees incentives for wanting to do a good job at customer service. Great food!!”
“Have been going to this place for almost 30 years, love the gyros, chicken kabobs, Greek salad, and pizza. I know they have a lot of other dishes. But I guess after this long, I just realized they are my staple foods lol.”
“So many reasons to go here. The atmosphere is wonderful. Even when it's busy, you can find a quiet corner to hang out and enjoy the experience.A wide variety of brews to accommodate a number of tastes. From dry and hoppy IPA's to fruited beers, there's a little something for everyone.Their mixed drink menu is extensive, and they take pride in crafting their drinks well. The food. Oh my God the food. I thought I was gonna die. Not because it was bad, but because it was so damn good and I ate so much I thought I was gonna throw up and die. And I'm willing to risk it again. They have a beer cheese with some salsa, black beans and street corn that is out of this world. And they make the potato chips there for you to dip in it.11/10 will go here again. These fine folks with the best staff on the planet have perfected the brewery experience. Me and the gf can't wait to go back.”
“This is our go to Chinese takeout spot. The food for me is mindblowing, but typical takeout Chinese which is fine. I just appreciate the service I always get. They took covid super seriously with a lot of measures for safety which I appreciate and they are always friendly and fast. It's really just a takeout place at this point. I think there may be a few tables but it would be awkward to dine-in there IMO. It's good for what it is though and they'll keep getting my business.”
“Seems like a good place and no complaints about the staff or business really, but we came in on a week day to just play a couple casual games and as there were no signs or anything indicating there was a league, we started setting our stuff down at one of the tables and the table next to us came to tell us there were leagues in the rudest, most disrespectful way possible. They even went as far as to tell us to move to another table that was "open for now" and give us a lecture on pool etiquette as though we had never played a game in our lives. It was rude and awful, we played one game at the other table and were made so uncomfortable by that guy that we just left and didn't get drinks or anything. I looked everywhere I could think to try to find some kind of signage or anything that would indicate that there was a league going on and there was nothing I could see. I know this isn't really the fault of 21 West, but the people there just seemed really rude and I don't know that we will be back since apparently it could be leagues at any time with no notice, or warning of any kind.”
“I've been looking for the perfect gyro since the late eighties and I finally found it!!!!!!!! I'm serious... I always had a complaint about every gyro I've tried until now. It had REAL gyro meat and the perfect cucumber sauce with NO carrots! My only complaint is that I had to ask for feta . If you want a perfect gyro ASK for feta. It changes everything”
“Jack was amazing! I felt like a Queen! The food was delicious. I had the very special Fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful evening Jack!!!”
