“Hard to go wrong with Te'kelas in Sylvania. Our server Jackie was very attentive and quick. My Fajita Bowl with chicken was tasty and well balanced with chicken, rice, and fajita veggies. My wife had the wet burrito with chicken which she enjoyed. Their tortilla chips are really good in my opinion as well. 🙂 A great place to stop at for lunch or dinner, no surprises!“

(1) the food is worth it, and (2) I am spoiled by the prices in Detroit's Mexicantown, where there is a lot more competition for Mexican food. “It was so crowded and loud mostly due to a large party I believe. The food wasn't great. They were definitely understaffed. We were seated right next to the door and it was freezing. Horrible experience. They seemed more interested in moving people out than taking care of the customers.“

“We were looking for a place to eat, and happened to drive past Palacio Maya Mexican Restaurant. We decided to try it, and we were not disappointed. The selection of food items for vegetarians was amazing with plenty of items to choose from. The staff were quick, efficient and friendly. We would definitely eat here again.

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian items to choose from in a separate section of the menu. The beans do not have lard in them, which is also a plus.“

“I was having issues with the app so I arrived 20 min before closing. Felt very guilty. Bryson C made sure to tell me it wasn't a problem at all. Then we had problems getting the card reader to read my credit card. I had added a tip but we had to redo everything. Bryson skipped the tip and I said but I wanted to tip you and he said don't worry about it. This young man gave me the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. He needs to be acknowledged by his manager or director! Great job Bryson!“

“Food is good staff was friendly. In the winter there soups are great. Chicken wings are fried crispy they were good. Green salsa is great spicy. Nachos are mad as individual nachos love that the supers are very good. I had a chunky beef enchilada it was very good.“
